What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Grabbed Last of Us VG $41.55, Pokemon White 2 LN $19.03 and Most Wanted Vita LN $22.18.  Waffling on canceling the last two though.  Too bad Pokemon isn't exactly the kind of game you just sit down and burn through since the trade value's still like $16.

Just saw that Last of Us has an online pass, what's the deal with that?

New Leaf just popped up for $24.23 VG and I snagged it!  :bouncy:  Oh I've spent way too much on games now today and 8 portable games recently.

I should probably just stop watching deals for a few months while I play through the games I've bought in the past 2-3 weeks. But it's hard to say no to a good sale..

It's a sickness it really is, just blew through the Amazon credit I was going to put towards a new tablet. >.< Wasn't even planning to buy any of this stuff but hoping we'll see some Muramasa on AWD soon. Now I need to hurry up and finish Dead Space 3 so I can send that to Amazon and get started on Last of Us when it shows up. Back to back complete horror games will be quite an accomplishment for me since it usually takes me months to inch through these.

Should have been faster and saved me the money! ;) I like what I've played of Disgaea, they're quirky SRPGs that kind of play up the ridiculous over the top anime style. Granted I have 3 and 4 sitting here on my desk and haven't touched either but 4's supposed to be quite good. Man, I've gone from a huge pile of unplayed PS3 games to a huge pile of Vita and 3DS games...

I know how you feel.

I brushed this thread off forever. Now this past couple weeks I bought so many good deals that will get played in about 5 months. Also, just picked up the last copy of LN Disgaea 4 -.-

They are both good, but 3 has horrible blown up pixels for the characters and it just plain looks bad at 720p. 4 remedies that problem with higher pixled sprites.
 
Picked up the (G) Twisted Metal for $12.25. Thought it was a good price.

I haven't bought anything in Good condition yet from AWD, only like new. So we'll see how it is.

First-time poster, long-time lurker here. I've had no problems with good products from the Warehouse. Maybe a missing manual, but always in great condition.

It has multiplayer that I found pretty entertaining. You start out with a group of survivors and you play matches to get supplies for the camp. There are two game modes that are basically TDM except one has respawns and the other has one life per round. Then every couple of days or so ( One match = one day) an event will happen and you'll have to meet requirements in a set number of matches to either save or strengthen your camp.

Now that's a pretty nice score. The MP looks neat in the videos, didn't even know it had MP, but I can live with missing out on that when I'll have 3 or 4 days to play through the story. Just didn't know if I was going to be missing out on a core part of the experience with my "rental".

Depends on the description. I think the one you got said something along the line as in DLC was used but everything else was there. You are still covered by Amazon A-Z protection so it should be fine if anything goes wrong.

Alright, thanks.

I think the description said "DLC has been used" so it should be fine in "good" trade in value.

I plan on opening to make sure it's the right item, then resealing it to send it to amazon right away.

Yeah, make sure everything is there. Amazon will downgrade it to acceptable if even a manual insert is missing. They can be very meticulous when it comes to trade ins. Otherwise you should be fine as long as it is in good condition with all the contents even if the DLC codes are used.

FYI, I bought one for PS3 last week (Like-New condition), and the DLC was already redeemed. The UPC was missing from the package, but everything else (game, artbook, sticker, postcards, bonus disk, sound track, figure, etc.) was in a great condition.

Hmm. Wonder if 60$ is worth the gamble to hopefully get 15$

With Amazon AZ Protection, if I get a used-like new and it doesn't come with a manual or something is missing...do I get to return the item for free to the sender? (Also a missing UPC?)

(No Seller Feedback - New Seller) Makes me nervous

I'm an awful person, they put Pokemon White 2 back up for the same price... and I ordered it again.  I have issues.  The problem is that between the first order and now I realized that I break even at GS right now.

Not that I need to have it right now but I find it very odd that it's saying Wednesday for delivery when everything else I ordered within the last two hours says Saturday.

That is a very broad category my friend and even in action games you have many categories to choose from including on which console. Your best bet is to search a game that you have played and see what recommendations pop up based on that if you prefer alike games. Otherwise their are way too many to choose from.

 
I have a sealed copy of Twisted Metal from the Cowboom white controller/game combo that I would have sold to you for $15. I have a local guy who keeps saying that he wants to buy it for $20, but so far nothing. Besides, I would rather sell it to a fellow CAG member.

I loved that game so much, though now I'm trying to figure out how on earth I actually played it since I don't think I ever actually owned it and that was well before the days of Gamefly and the like.

I am doing same on blurays i find when will it stop.... lol 80 blus in 4 months is sad even i get them for 1-5 shipped vg to new... The buying addiction sucks... I gave away most of huge dvd collection to make room. blus rule.
