What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

That one has been there for a while and has been cheaper but no telling when it will get cheaper again or go up more in price. However, I have seen it pop up for both systems so yeah it does pop up.

Refreshed the Amazon page for 32gb Vita cards randomly after waking up in the middle of the night and finally caught an AWD LN for $62ish. Not as low as I've seen others get them, but low enough for me after refreshing for two weeks waiting to catch one in stock. Now to go back to sleep and dream about actually being able to play the Vita stuff I've been buying on PSN.

 
went down last night and cleaned out my basement.. decided to  no longer  BUY ITEMS  when i found over  100 PS2 games   ruined  (mold growing in boxes)   and  probally  a good  3oo   ds/psp games boxes i tossed  out in the shed  due to no room...

put all of the games in  zip lock bags (the ds/psp games   since each bag can hold an easy 50 games in it)          and  put them in my living room

So, I just bit on the blue/black 3ds xl - good condition.  What are the chances it will come complete with the mem card and stylus and not have any scratches on the screen?  Don't really care about the outer box.  Anyone with experience with a "good" 3ds xl?

I also am contemplating ordering a "Like New" one for 22.00 more, just in case the "good" one sucks.  Advice anyone?  Should I just cancel the good one and get the like new? Hope for the best with the good?  Or order both and see (big hassle)?

"Good" should come complete "Like New" is supposed to be better as in near mint so it is up to you. I have had good experience with "good" condition one when I got my vita from AWD which was pretty much new with the exception of some damage to packaging.

If you have ps+ then it is certainly a worthy purchase with free games like Gravity Rush, Virtues Last Reward, Uncharted Golden Abyss, Disgaea 3, etc.

If it came in a condition I did not like...would they let me return it or say "too bad we told you it wasnt perfect"?

That ebay one isn't a bad deal with the games as long as it doesn't jump any further than where its at ($180). Back on topic; if you do not like the condition it is in and choose to return it then you only pay for the shipping and they will refund you the rest.

I picked up one of the Assassin's Creed Vita bundles a month or so ago for $225 and I don't regret it. The game library overall is not as strong as the 3DS at this point, and sometimes I question if I really needed a second portable machine when I still have a bunch of games to play on my 3DS XL, but PS+ makes it a great value with a bunch of free games, and I am optimistic that there will be benefits to owning both a PS4 and Vita down the road. Plus, honestly, I felt like supporting Sony a bit more after E3.

The Vita hardware is great, the OLED screen is beautiful but it does seem like game developers haven't quite caught up to the potential of the hardware yet. There are a lot of lazy ports for the Vita but if they can manage to get a few more good exclusives for it I think its value will increase a lot. Things like the Assassin's Creed III spinoff are what I'd like to see more of, games that take existing series in a new direction and use the features of the Vita without just being ports of PS3 games.

They also *really* need to find a way to cut price on the memory cards as that's a big drawback to owning the Vita at this point. Much of the appeal of the system is in the free games available from PS+ but unless you are lucky enough to catch a 32GB card used or on sale for $50-60 then good luck being able to store more than one at a time.

Thank you guys! Got Halo 3 Limited Edition for $10.62 each for 2. Now I have Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4 for all less than $30. My collection should be done soon.

Okay, so I got the "good" version via 1 day shipping so it will be here tomorrow. Also got a like new one with 2 day shipping so it will be here Monday. Therefore I can check the good one out over the weekend and if I'm happy with it can just refuse shipment for the like new version. Lol, just afraid of the screen being scratched or something on the cheaper one, but at least this way I'm covered.

The memory card is pretty much the only thing holding me back. I'm thinking about getting The Walking Dead vita 3G/wifi bundle in August for $250
