What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I'm not even going to get into this. I refuse to partake in ANY console vs console discussions. I've always preferred Xbox, but I appreciate both consoles. As I did with the 360 and PS3, I'm getting the One first and then the PS4 on Black Friday two years down the line.

Eh I think you are overreacting. I live in California as well and I follow the news/politics pretty closely and I don't ever recall hearing about that. I DO know that online tax revenue has increased significantly mainly thanks to Amazon in tune of about $260 million in the first year.

Blackgate for vita up for under 30 and no prime shipping.

Anyone get any answers from Amazon about this? I talked to a rep to see if this is a bug that's being worked on or if it's just how it's going to be from now on and they didn't really know I don't think. Said they'd get back to me in the next 48 hours.

Gave her three links, blackgate vita under 30 no free ship or prime, nba2k14 over 35 with free FSSS but not 2 day prime, and halo reach for 14 bucks with prime offered.

WTF is wrong with them today, so weird...

 
Okay, so my problem has been solved by the stupidest Amazon employee ever. They waived the shipping charge and she said the order should have qualified for free prime shipping.  It sounds like a bug to me. When you read the transcript, you'll see why I didn't push the issue further. So temp. solution: buy it and then contact Amazon for a shipping refund.

Chat transcript for those who are interested:

Initial Question: Items that used to qualify for Prime shipping are not eligible. I'm trying to purchase an item on Amazon Warehouse Deals and it is showing up as "not prime eligible" when in the past these orders were eligible.

Unconfirmed rumor: Pepsiman's rich, lawyer dad bought Amazon Warehouse Deals last night and decided that Prime shipping no longer applies.  Pepsiman gets his revenge on all those CAGs who have been mean to him who he was going to sue.  That sonuva...

I placed an order for prime today and I was charged $8. I then went to my order and played with and made it standard and back to 2 day. Then it came to $0

Nice good to know I'll try that if something I want pops up. Been looking for a 3DS XL all day since missing the $110 one but no dice yet.

 
I had the Pokemon Y for under $28 and was checking out and someone else got to it first. Hope whoever got it enjoys it. Now back to lurking for more 3DS games and some cheap WiiU games for when I actually get the WiiU system.

Question is does that mean Amazon is going to start carrying Wii U bundles (eventually) since I have not seen one of these up until now. Lets hope so as that means more dingers / inventory on AWD side. :D
