ive been talking to cs for 27 minutes over an issue that resolved itself but their looking into knocked my 1 click off twice in that timeframe which led to my missing those 2 ps3s so i made a simple request of a 5 dollar credit for their incompetence and THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON THE ISSUE THATS BEEN RESOLVED

Yeah, definitely. If you get one that works, and decide to keep it, make sure to repaste it and change the thermal pads. I'd also make sure the warranty sticker is still intact. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to tell if the system was reflowed (a temporary fix).
