WIKI: It seems people had a few suggestions from the last thread in terms of updating the OP. I've changed a few things, but if there is anything else you want to change, feel free to do so.

F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot

Is a dinger something worth grabbing or an item that is likely to be dinged lol
A dinger is something that is brand new but has damaged packaging. For example the Dark Souls 2 CE I got had a pretty damaged box, but it had never been opened, the game was still sealed and nothing else was damaged.

Can finally reply to topics.

Just signed up,  this is a great resource,  thanks to everyone for their input.

Had a question:  earlier this week I was on the wareholuse deals for the PS4 and kept hitting refresh.  A used PS4 actually came up multiple times and I clicked add to cart only to find that the "item is no longer available." Kept hitting refresh and PS4's kept showing up only to add to cart and "item is no longer available."

Is this common?  Is my internet too slow? Did I not click it quickly enough?  Do I need to enable 1 click?

Want a PS4 badly, (like everyone else) but dont want to pay retail (who does)  but for only $30 of $40 off list for a used PS4,  IMHO it is not worth it until AWD throws one up for the $277,  which is what I saw and tried to add to cart.

Tholughts?

It's a ghost page it disappears fast the page still had to be updated. At 277 it's worth it, but don't expect a full game to come with it like some do off reading the generic description.

Always use 1-Click. Typically there are only 1-3 available, and you have a lot of competition.

Looks like the Dark Souls 2 CE went from being sniped immediately to having a bunch up. I wonder if the price will drop.

While this might be slightly off-topic since I didn't buy this from AWD, I thought I should share this. I bought a card game from a third party seller on Amazon listed as new and they shipped the game. Then right after they shipped it, they refunded all my money.

Reason for refund: Item not satisfactory

Here's the breakdown of your refund for this item:

Item Refund: $5.00
Shipping Refund: $4.99

Notes: As mentioned on the packing slip, due to the item's condition a full refund has been issued. Please enjoy this item and leave feedback when possible.
I haven't received the game yet, but now I'm curious what the items condition actually is that would cause them to issue me a complete refund without my asking and still ship me the game anyway? It's refreshing to find a seller being proactive about taking care of their customer.

Keep an eye on this. It's already dropped $8 since yesterday

:360: XBOX360 Pro 20GB (A)
In months I think the cheapest that has gone is like $75-85, I don't think it will go any lower. Eld is right, normally its the same ones that go cheap: 120GB Elite, Halo 3 360, I think there was a gears of war or resident evil one before, and usually always 60gb and 80gb ps3's. Other than that haven't seen any newer stuff.

A empty box with condition on slip listed as "we couldn't find it but didn't want to jack up our cancellation rate" or a empty box with condition listed as "spilled invisible dye on it" can't see item

Good point to you both. I certainly didn't think of that.

Hey guys

I just wanted to report in on the condition of 2 items. This week I got a used like new ps3 60gb for $75. I had sold my ps2 to buy an xbox back in the day and never had a chance to play ps3 games... And I also purchased a like new ps4 for 297.

I know the conditions have been all over the place but just wanted to report the ps3 was in great shape.  The case only had a few minor scratches and it came complete with everything.  I didn't have any PS3 games to play, so I purchased Ico collection and everything played perfectly.  The only minor thing was the controller was a little loose, but definitely usable.  I just had no idea how incredibly large and heavy the original PS3s were.  The best thing is I have full backwards compatibility without the need to pay the monthly subscription to Playstation Now. (I'm one of those people that enjoys physical copies of games.)

The Like New PS4 had me worried considering how all over the place the condition on them has been.  The box was a little worn and it had definitely been opened before, but the console itself was in perfect condition, the controller still had plastic on the D-pad and the PSN $10 credit was unused.  Overall I was very pleased.  I logged in and everything booted up perfectly, but I had no PS4 games, so I ordered Assassin's Creed 4 from Newegg when they had it for $30 and it should be here Monday.  All told, I feel pretty confident it will be fine.

Couldn't be happier.  Just wanted to tell everyone thank you for contributing the deals.  It put these consoles on my radar and I have been keeping my eyes out for them.

Glad to hear it all came in good condition. I was in a very similar situation in October when I bought my first PS3. I have been a big Xbox guy for the last few years. I do love my PS3 though. I HIGHLY recommend PS+. It's probably the best value in gaming right now.

Good to know

Don't think so, mine is $216.29 exactly. The money was already taken out of my bank account though so I hope it doesn't get canceled.
if you got charged then the item shipped more than likely. Prob just hasn't updated on the site. I don't think they charge you completely until the item ships.

They charge you when they attempt to package it for shipping. Usually if it goes through fine then it's processed and shipped.
