Amazon has some great warehouse deals, and most of their used games are in like new condition (condition listed can be acceptable, good, very good, like new, or new). Please post specific deals you find via Warehouse deals in this thread. Check latest posts for the newest deals, or click the link below.

WIKI: It seems people had a few suggestions from the last thread in terms of updating the OP. I've changed a few things, but if there is anything else you want to change, feel free to do so.

F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
From Amazon: Get deep discounts on open-box, like-new, refurbished, or used products that are in good condition but do not meet Amazon.com's rigorous standards as "new".

Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, new but with damaged packaging product aka "dinger" and trade ins in generally like new condition. They are considered 3rd party by affiliation and as such the "Amazon Warehouse Deals" distinction but are still part of Amazon.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes! All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What states does Amazon charge sales tax?
Items sold by Amazon.com LLC, or its subsidiaries, and shipped to destinations in the following states are subject to tax:

Arizona
California
Connecticut

Florida
Georgia
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Massachusetts
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
North Carolina
North Dakota
Pennsylvania
Tennessee
Texas
Virginia
Washington
West Virginia
Wisconsin

Note: No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

What do you mean by a "dinger"?
Dinger = Item is new but the packaging is damaged in some way or form.

These are speculative guesses at best going by descritption of any given item and also taking into account the length of time an item has been out since its release. Shorter the span of time from release of a game or console, better the chance of scoring a new item with damaged packaging aka "dinger".

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
First and foremost all games from AWD are considered used unless specified as new. Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and depending on condition they can be perfect / brand new, brand new with damaged packaging aka "dinger" to just a game in a generic case. AWD has 5 condition criteria for their listings and they are:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened video game in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.

Like New: An apparently unopened video game in perfect condition (although it may be out of its original wrapping). The box and item are pristine, with no signs of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Very Good: A well-cared-for video game that has been played but remains in great condition. The game and its original packaging are complete and slightly worn, but unmarked and undamaged. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Good: The video game shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. There may be clear external signs of wear and damage to the original packaging or instructions, but the game plays perfectly. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Acceptable: The video game is fairly worn, but it continues to work perfectly. The box and instructions may be missing or damaged. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Sellers are required to note whether the box or instructions are missing in the condition notes field for the item. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Any game I have personally ever bought in good or above condition has been in near mint condition. Acceptable ones have been a gamble. Getting DLC with games has also been a gamble and since AWD games are considered used, don't expect unused DLC even though there will be occassions where they may come unused. In regards to DLC, ymmv. Conditon wise, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases and inserts, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc. Consoles listed in "acceptable" conditon can be either new in damaged packaging and or a pure gamble in what conditon they will truly be in along with what is included in the box depending on the time frame from release of the console.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot

That's the main reason I'm buying it. I guess worst case scenario I just send it back.
Acceptable condition doesn't need to have the club nintendo code. If you're going to try and pocket a code, you may as well go to your nearest video game rental place and take one from the display case. No need to punish Amazon.

Don't forget Target is doing a B2G1 on Wii U games starting this week, will drop prices to $40/ea if you have 3 games you want to buy (and if trade in values hold can trade to GS/BB for about what you paid).

Saw some AWD items in my cart including God of War Saga Collection (PS3) and Zero Escape (3DS) prices were almost as much as new so I passed.

Or don't mind spending $120 and then returning two of the games to get $80 back.

bah the wild arms xf I ordered is lost or something according to the email I got. they said there

For some reason it looks like there is no tracking information. I am not sure what happened between here and the post office.

Well, like I said, they had a USPS tracking number for me when UPS handed off my SSD to USPS, and there was never any tracking update until the package was delivered, 3 or 4 days later.

Not a deal.

Grabbed that $39.50 Murdered Soul Suspect. Thanks DS2U

Get it Saturday, beat it by Monday, trade it in Monday at BB. Sounds like a plan to me, $3-$4 rental

... and Amazon has now decided to step into the Smartphone arena. Just announced:

Amazon Fire Phone, 32GB (AT&T) and 64GB (AT&T)
Wonder if we'll see some crazy cheap dingers.

It has some interesting ideas but will be interesting to see if they actually pan out. I'm sure it's going to take data collection and tracking everything you do with your phone to a whole new level beyond what Google and Apple do right now (which is pretty extensive).

I just don't see who wants this phone. Who are they marketing to with the Fire phone? It costs as much as an Android or Iphone. At least with the Kindle fire people could get a quality tablet at a sub Ipad price but this doesn't seem to fit that mold. The 3d really won't be much more than a novelty and the upgraded camera is nice but still. I guess it does offer double the storage of most Iphones/Androids in its price range (32 versus 16)

Also , we shall see how they are going to give the free year of prime.

Exactly the reason I am looking down on this phone. I am due for a new one in a few months, and while the other aspects of it might be interesting I don't want my phone tied to Amazon. That and I'm sure their UI is a heavy mod of android when I would want it to be closer to stock than not. Yes Google owns my soul simply because I have a gmail, but they have not abused their power too much yet or at least they hide it better than I feel Amazon would.

However, if they can get it into my hands for real cheap through a special program (like the kindle) or dingers and I don't have to use an upgrade? I will consider using it.

At the very least thanks to this the new iPhones will prob start at 32gb configurations instead of shitty 16gb Hate having to pay the extra $100 for 16gb in the 3GS 4S 5S ridiculous apple tax (worse than vita memory!) IMO but I like their ecosystem.

ah thanks for that! IDK how they were going to implement it, I guess if any do pop up in AWD then no prime freebie.
Maybe, mabye not. I remember picking up a used Kindle e-reader from AWD and it came with free month of prime when I linked the device to my account. That offer back then was valid towards new devices but it worked on mine too, granted mine turned out to be a dinger. Hence, if you do run across dingers and or Amazon refurbs down the road, chances are you will still get the freebie. Outside of that, ymmv.

I sold my soul to Apple and I can never get it back.

There may be a glimmer of hope - what happened to me could happen to you. After amassing a collection of over 21,000 paid and free apps (I don't have an exact number since I didn't start keeping track in appshopper until a while after I started collecting), they could permanently disable your account and never tell you why.

I'm on a Google Nexus 5 now. My iTunes account was disabled almost a year ago.

Not even considering the Amazon phone since it is AT&T only.

Ryse is SO close to my buy-in price. I imagine any Day One Edition benefits are used, and adding in the $3-5 in shipping (because I'm not going to spend another $10 to avoid shipping) has it still a little higher than I'd like. I'll probably wait until the next buy 2, get 1 free at Best Buy to pick it and Tomb Raider up. If they get it to $20-25 after shipping, I'll use my $20 Amazon credit and snatch it up.

It's 17.99 with free shipping at Gamefly right now. Not sure if it's still in stock.

Edit: Just checked. It is:
