Amazon has some great warehouse deals, and most of their used games are in like new condition (condition listed can be acceptable, good, very good, like new, or new). Please post specific deals you find via Warehouse deals in this thread. Check latest posts for the newest deals, or click the link below.

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
From Amazon: Get deep discounts on open-box, like-new, refurbished, or used products that are in good condition but do not meet Amazon.com's rigorous standards as "new".

Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, new but with damaged packaging product aka "dinger" and trade ins in generally like new condition. They are considered 3rd party by affiliation and as such the "Amazon Warehouse Deals" distinction but are still part of Amazon.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes! All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What states does Amazon charge sales tax?
Items sold by Amazon.com LLC, or its subsidiaries, and shipped to destinations in the following states are subject to tax:

What do you mean by a "dinger"?
Dinger = Item is new but the packaging is damaged in some way or form.

These are speculative guesses at best going by descritption of any given item and also taking into account the length of time an item has been out since its release. Shorter the span of time from release of a game or console, better the chance of scoring a new item with damaged packaging aka "dinger".

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
First and foremost all games from AWD are considered used unless specified as new. Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and depending on condition they can be perfect / brand new, brand new with damaged packaging aka "dinger" to just a game in a generic case. AWD has 5 condition criteria for their listings and they are:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened video game in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.

Like New: An apparently unopened video game in perfect condition (although it may be out of its original wrapping). The box and item are pristine, with no signs of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Very Good: A well-cared-for video game that has been played but remains in great condition. The game and its original packaging are complete and slightly worn, but unmarked and undamaged. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Good: The video game shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. There may be clear external signs of wear and damage to the original packaging or instructions, but the game plays perfectly. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Acceptable: The video game is fairly worn, but it continues to work perfectly. The box and instructions may be missing or damaged. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Sellers are required to note whether the box or instructions are missing in the condition notes field for the item. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Any game I have personally ever bought in good or above condition has been in near mint condition. Acceptable ones have been a gamble. Getting DLC with games has also been a gamble and since AWD games are considered used, don't expect unused DLC even though there will be occassions where they may come unused. In regards to DLC, ymmv. Conditon wise, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases and inserts, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc. Consoles listed in "acceptable" conditon can be either new in damaged packaging and or a pure gamble in what conditon they will truly be in along with what is included in the box depending on the time frame from release of the console.

Well, finally found a Sony Gold Wireless Headset. Got it for $59.38, which is also the lowest price I've ever seen for one.

That being said, the condition was "Acceptable" with the following description:

"Downloadable content (DLC) or codes for online play may require additional purchase. Packaging may be damaged. Missing shrink-wrap, activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Large mark on disk. Item is missing insert. Item is missing cover art. Item is missing boxed set case"

We'll see what I actually end up getting....

Yeah, that's why I got excited. Amazon was pretty awesome to offer it. And it was an Xbox One. They just got it resolved for me. Bought a new one with Forza for $345.81
 
a good bunch of sports games for the PS3 from $2.XX-4.XX and a few other random C quality games.  

Plus some old CEs that are overpriced IMO, from U3, GoT, GTAIV, etc etc and some newer ones like ACIV, Blacklist Paladin, Batman O, GTAV,etc etc

I find it very annoying that I go to that page where you can check your promotional credits balance and I have $25 in "Software / Video Games" and have no idea what it actually applies to.

What I hate to is that I have gift card balance but sometime I order stuff for family when they have lighting deals sometime or limited time only promos, but when I change it over to my credit card instead of my gift card balance it also remove the promotional price unless I use my gift card balance.
 
I'll say it again, 999 is pure gaming mastery.  I've never been so engulfed in a story.  The writing, the different paths you can take, it's mesmerizing..

999 is not for everyone. try the demo first before buying. personally I would rec against it because its annoyingly difficult and because the series is unfinished and I remember reading somewhere they have no plans for the 3rd one.

Yes, most unfortunately that is true. Virtue's Last Reward did not do as well as they had hoped and so therefore they are not planning to make the third game as of now. Which is a monumental shame because 999 was fantastic. I have not played Virtue's Last Reward yet, but I hear it is even better. However, they are sure to get enough fan support later on to make the third game.

The way around it is to preorder something big that wipes out your gc balance. Then order the item you want via CC. Then cancel first order.

About to test out this PS4. 

The codes for PSN+ and $10 store credit are invalid, but I'm guessing because they expired on 3/31. I wonder if new consoles are still packing em?

Also, they expired the PS+ codes on 3/30, even though they were supposed to be valid through 3/31. I redeemed a $10 code on 3/31, but couldn't redeem PS+ codes, which really sucks because one of my codes was a 1-year code that came with my vita. So far customer service won't budge.
 
The PS4 is in great shape, no scratches or anything, but I don't think it's a dinger. 

When I set it up it said something about not unplugging the AC before turning it off. I don't have a game to test until the show tomorrow, but Blu Rays run fine. The controller has some scratches on the side which annoy me and the L2 makes a squeeky sound when you press it in. 

It's supposed to come with a headset right? Cause this didn't. I'm probably going to have to send it back because of that or complain for a new controller + headset or the value of that in credit plus a few extra for my troubles.

The headset is a piece of junk so if you're considering returning it because it's missing that then you're doing it wrong. And honestly it isn't worth that much to me to complain about it but knowing how most people handle those type of situations here I wouldn't be surprised if you were trying to get free credit out of it.

He did mention he wanted extra for his troubles, so yes that is what he is doing. He prob wants a sub$200 PS4. To each it's own I guess.

Do PS4's run with noise or is that just when you load a disc? Also, are they supposed to get hot on the top right? Mine is warm, not hot, but you can definitely feel the heat as opposed to the XBOne which is completely cold.

Just got my LN PS4 (packaging may be damaged dinger description)that I ordered last week.And it is in fact a dinger launch console with the blue PS tape still sealed and a little dent mark on the bottom of the box where the serial # is hooking it up now to test it out, but I think this one is a go

Yes, that's why I asked about them ;) For whatever reason I missed picking these up before, and thanks for the info, I'll check Amazon and hope for the best! Just had a $32.99 BIN option on Ebay (and then another $5 off for the code) but I didn't order them in time and the offer expired... Looks like I'm back on the hunt. :)

Sorry, I grabbed that one. Here was the description, not a dinger, some likely scratches on the glossy area which has been my general experience from the description, at least it has the original box. My last one came in a generic Amazon box but fortunately, worked fine.

So you bought a cheap PS4 off AWD knowing full well it could be a trade in, and you are going to try to get a free controller and "extra" because the controller has minor cosmetic damage and the $1 headset is missing? Wow... :roll:
