Amazon has some great warehouse deals, and most of their used games are in like new condition (condition listed can be acceptable, good, very good, like new, or new). Please post specific deals you find via Warehouse deals in this thread. Check latest posts for the newest deals, or click the link below.

WIKI: It seems people had a few suggestions from the last thread in terms of updating the OP. I've changed a few things, but if there is anything else you want to change, feel free to do so.

F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
From Amazon: Get deep discounts on open-box, like-new, refurbished, or used products that are in good condition but do not meet Amazon.com's rigorous standards as "new".

Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, new but with damaged packaging product aka "dinger" and trade ins in generally like new condition. They are considered 3rd party by affiliation and as such the "Amazon Warehouse Deals" distinction but are still part of Amazon.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes! All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What states does Amazon charge sales tax?
Items sold by Amazon.com LLC, or its subsidiaries, and shipped to destinations in the following states are subject to tax:

Arizona
California
Connecticut

Florida
Georgia
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Massachusetts
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
North Carolina
North Dakota
Pennsylvania
Tennessee
Texas
Virginia
Washington
West Virginia
Wisconsin

Note: No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

What do you mean by a "dinger"?
Dinger = Item is new but the packaging is damaged in some way or form.

These are speculative guesses at best going by descritption of any given item and also taking into account the length of time an item has been out since its release. Shorter the span of time from release of a game or console, better the chance of scoring a new item with damaged packaging aka "dinger".

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
First and foremost all games from AWD are considered used unless specified as new. Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and depending on condition they can be perfect / brand new, brand new with damaged packaging aka "dinger" to just a game in a generic case. AWD has 5 condition criteria for their listings and they are:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened video game in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.

Like New: An apparently unopened video game in perfect condition (although it may be out of its original wrapping). The box and item are pristine, with no signs of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Very Good: A well-cared-for video game that has been played but remains in great condition. The game and its original packaging are complete and slightly worn, but unmarked and undamaged. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Good: The video game shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. There may be clear external signs of wear and damage to the original packaging or instructions, but the game plays perfectly. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Acceptable: The video game is fairly worn, but it continues to work perfectly. The box and instructions may be missing or damaged. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Sellers are required to note whether the box or instructions are missing in the condition notes field for the item. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Any game I have personally ever bought in good or above condition has been in near mint condition. Acceptable ones have been a gamble. Getting DLC with games has also been a gamble and since AWD games are considered used, don't expect unused DLC even though there will be occassions where they may come unused. In regards to DLC, ymmv. Conditon wise, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases and inserts, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc. Consoles listed in "acceptable" conditon can be either new in damaged packaging and or a pure gamble in what conditon they will truly be in along with what is included in the box depending on the time frame from release of the console.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot

I could be mistaken, but I think I read on an eBay or USPS FAQ that video games were not media mail.
USPS website says: [background=#ffffff]The material sent must be educational media. It can’t contain advertising, video games, computer drives, or digital drives of any kind.[/background]

Qualified Items
Only these items may be mailed at the Media Mail prices:

a. Books, including books issued to supplement other books, of at least eight printed pages, consisting wholly of reading matter or scholarly bibliography, or reading matter with incidental blank spaces for notations and containing no advertising matter other than incidental announcements of books. Advertising includes paid advertising and the publishers' own advertising in display, classified, or editorial style.
b. 16-millimeter or narrower width films, which must be positive prints in final form for viewing, and catalogs of such films of 24 pages or more (at least 22 of which are printed). Films and film catalogs sent to or from commercial theaters do not qualify for the Media Mail price.
c. Printed music, whether in bound or sheet form.
d. Printed objective test materials and their accessories used by or on behalf of educational institutions to test ability, aptitude, achievement, interests, and other mental and personal qualities with or without answers, test scores, or identifying information recorded thereon in writing or by mark.
e. Sound recordings, including incidental announcements of recordings and guides or scripts prepared solely for use with such recordings. Video recordings and player piano rolls are classified as sound recordings.
f. Playscripts and manuscripts for books, periodicals, and music.
g. Printed educational reference charts designed to instruct or train individuals for improving or developing their capabilities. Each chart must be a single printed sheet of information designed for educational reference. The information on the chart, which may be printed on one or both sides of the sheet, must be conveyed primarily by graphs, diagrams, tables, or other nonnarrative matter. An educational reference chart is normally but not necessarily devoted to one subject. A chart on which the information is conveyed primarily by textual matter in a narrative form does not qualify as a printed educational reference chart for mailing at the Media Mail prices even if it includes graphs, diagrams, or tables. Examples of qualifying charts include maps produced primarily for educational reference, tables of mathematical or scientific equations, noun declensions or verb conjugations used in the study of languages, periodic table of elements, botanical or zoological tables, and other tables used in the study of science.
h. Loose-leaf pages and their binders consisting of medical information for distribution to doctors, hospitals, medical schools, and medical students.
i. Computer-readable media containing prerecorded information and guides or scripts prepared solely for use with such media.

I shipped it first class. Amazon has this thing where you can enter whatever weight you want. Their weight for it was way too high so I dropped it a few pounds. Adult signature confirmation and insurance was only $5 more.
So you lied about how much it weighed? If someone re-weighs it while it is in transit, I doubt they're going to deliver it.

Not sure where to post this question but I know there is quite a few vita slim owners in here. Is there a b & m carrying the trigger grips yet? I had it pre ordered at amazon but they changed my date to late July .

Guess I've been pretty lucky on the media mail thing then. I know I've asked the post master/mistress/whatever (it's a lady) numerous times and she's told me videogames are good. Never had a complaint or one come back yet.

Which ones are you talking about?
I would assume the redesign for the slim Vita. I haven't seen them yet, will be picking up some myself.

Question for those of you who use the Trigger/Power Grip with Vita: Do you keep them on the system and not use protective/carrying cases, or do you take them off when you're not playing to store the Vita in a case?

I use the PDP grip and I just never take them off or put it in the case either.

The new Power grip case for the vita 2000 charges the vita while it's in the attached. correct? Is that okay for the Vita battery life cycle? I just noticed that the new vita 2000 last so much longer than the older one. I don't want to mess that up in anyway

I didn't lie about the weight. Amazon's suggested weight when making the label is about 10 pounds more than the weight of the product. I assume they assume you would pad it with extra stuff but it's already padded inside. I put it to the correct weight.

First class goes only up to 13 oz. anything higher is priority or standard post. Sorry for being that guy but I'm having a hard time believing a package of that size was shipped first class.

Did you mean Media Mail? You're not supposed to use this shipping method anyway for electronics but it's the only method I can think of that comes close to your cost.
I meant First Class / Priority (assuming I shipped USPS which I really don't remember if I did).

I've been mailing for a long time. I never use Media Mail unless I'm shipping DVD's / Blu-Rays, etc. That and media mail cost more to ship (in most cases) than first class which is usually the cheapest for regular games. And no offense but there is literally no way of them knowing if you used media mail correctly unless they open your mail. Again, I don't use it since it cost more but it wouldn't matter if I or anyone else used it without it being an "educational media item".

EDIT: Just checked and I shipped it UPS Ground. Package weight as 21 pounds. Was shipped 1 state over and got there in 3 days. Shipping cost $20 + the amount for adult signature confirmation and insurance (about $25 total).

I take them off and put the vita in a case and also bring the trigger with me . My hands are to big for the vita. The 3ds on the other hand is perfect for me without an attachment.

So (assuming you take the Vita with you when you travel) how do you handle carrying it around?
I don't ever leave the house, that should be obvious.

If I were to go on vacation or something where it's going to be in a bag with other stuff then I would put it in a case. Day to day I don't though.

Then on those days when you went "grocery shopping" or whatnot and triggered AWD restocks, you were just visiting separate wings of your mansion?

Well no more searching for borderlands on AWD. Someone listed a download code on eBay while I was looking around for $15. Couldn't say no to that.

Was going to Post This Earlier but just now got time to.

Bandai Namco is not using Digital Rivers no more but instead using Amazon which mean no more high shipping charges and you can just use your AMAZON PRIME to get free shipping

I saw this last night, at first I thought it was a mistake lol

But was happy when I realized it was true :)

Wish they could have done this 2 weeks ago when I ordered the DS2 CE. I just got a shipping confirmation today. Those Digital River people suck balls.

That is amazing, maybe they finally listened to everyone that's had issues with them. Hopefully others follow suite, especially those like Squenix that have taken to only selling CEs on their own store.

Everyone needs to move away from Digital River, even for digital orders. They're simply ridiculous.

Hey guys, I need to justify my recent used PS Vita purchase (from cowboom.com). What is the cheapest you guys have seen for one go for here, in either LN or VG condition?

People have gotten the borderlands bundle with dented boxes for $118. Those are reallllly tough to snag though. They sell out immediately.

Speaking of borderlands. I wish this eBay seller would hurry up and send my code.

Anyone have experience buying Gundam model kits from AWD?
I have not ordered any online at all, but I used to purchase then at Toys R Us (back in the day) and Hobby Lobby (up to a couple years ago).

One issue I ran into is the last two I bought weren't in English at all. Usually they came with English and Japanese so idk what's up with that lol.

Highly unlikely. Vita sales are flagging because they are too expensive, don't have any must own games, and the mobile market is changing in the way it consumes portable media. The only way Sony will jump start vita sales is by creating some must have games or by drastically lowering the price. The remote play aspect does help a lot, but it still is more of a niche category.

The Vita TV could also be an interesting solution if it can create a Roku-like box that also happens to play vita games. If an all in one box that does netflix, hulu, and such that also happens to play vita games, that could drastically increase the install base of the system.
I completely disagree with this entire post. The Vita is a handheld for adults. Just the free ps plus games make it worth owning! I use remote play to start up the ps4 before I get to the actual game room. The rest is just awesome ps vita.
