Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, new but with damaged packaging product aka "dinger" and trade ins in generally like new condition. They are considered 3rd party by affiliation and as such the "Amazon Warehouse Deals" distinction but are still part of Amazon.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?

They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?

Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?

Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?

In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What is this "glitch deals" that I keep hearing about in this thread?

On August 7th, 2014, AWD glitched out similar to how it did around penny deals, except lot of stuff went for cheap instead for a penny. The pricing algorithm went haywire and in the process lot of stuff went for cheap across the AWD spectrum from games to iphones to tablets and everything else in between. The "glitch deal" lasted for maybe a couple of hours and fellow CAGs that were around during that time made out like a bandit. Below is the timeline leading up to the night and the deals that went down on that night.

What do you mean by a "dinger"?

Dinger = Item is new but the packaging is damaged in some way or form.

These are speculative guesses at best going by descritption of any given item and also taking into account the length of time an item has been out since its release. Shorter the span of time from release of a game or console, better the chance of scoring a new item with damaged packaging aka "dinger".

AWD product description says "Factory Sealed", is this item new?

First and foremost, AWD sells used / open box items so in their terms it has been sealed / resealed at an Amazon Warehouse and hence the "Factory Sealed" part so no it isn't necessarily new. It isn't necessarily new because it could go one of two ways:

1. It was traded in / open box return / test unit that was resealed at an Amazon warehouse facility.
2. It was a dinger (new with damaged packaging and with seals intact).

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?

Spoiler

First and foremost all games from AWD are considered used unless specified as new. Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and depending on condition they can be perfect / brand new, brand new with damaged packaging aka "dinger" to just a game in a generic case. AWD has 5 condition criteria for their listings and they are:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened video game in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.

Like New: An apparently unopened video game in perfect condition (although it may be out of its original wrapping). The box and item are pristine, with no signs of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Very Good: A well-cared-for video game that has been played but remains in great condition. The game and its original packaging are complete and slightly worn, but unmarked and undamaged. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Good: The video game shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. There may be clear external signs of wear and damage to the original packaging or instructions, but the game plays perfectly. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Acceptable: The video game is fairly worn, but it continues to work perfectly. The box and instructions may be missing or damaged. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Sellers are required to note whether the box or instructions are missing in the condition notes field for the item. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Any game I have personally ever bought in good or above condition has been in near mint condition. Acceptable ones have been a gamble. Getting DLC with games has also been a gamble and since AWD games are considered used, don't expect unused DLC even though there will be occassions where they may come unused. In regards to DLC, ymmv. Conditon wise, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases and inserts, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc. Consoles listed in "acceptable" conditon can be either new in damaged packaging and or a pure gamble in what conditon they will truly be in along with what is included in the box depending on the time frame from release of the console.

I liked them at first, but they were right next to circuit city...

I started hating them when I got a $100 gift card and could not find a thing to use it on, and they were always out of games. It was a disaster. It's pretty much the same now, no order, just piles of shit in the game section.

What got me was shopping for a new tv. The picture looked like ass, the guy told me it's because they don't hook them up with an he connection, but it will look better when I get it home. that. Of the 2 purchases I've made in my life from Sears, one was the same exact tv, and it looked awesome at Sears.

I hope BB goes out of business so we can get a trader Joe's in the building. I'd shop there.

They covered my gums with blue stuff that protected them (laytex or plastic that hardens), maybe they used a cleaner at this point?, then they used a peroxide type product on my teeth, and then the uv light on each tooth. Two 20 minute treatments with 10 minutes in between. The stuff on my teeth was red, I've only been able to find videos of clear. It is a real dentist office, though the person who did it was a hygienist.

From what I can find on the internet, I am experiencing "Zingers" which can last 24 hours...It's gonna be a fun night.

You know what I miss? Stores where I can shop for video games and PC parts. BBY has s*** for PC upgrades but they do have GCU...for whatever I can get there. Their used selections are always somehow MORE expensive than GS.

Sears and Kmart just got rid of their games.

Wal-Mart...I won't even start.

I still enjoy going to Fry's Electronics, the biggest place to buy me some PC parts and games.

I want Target to have a clearance sale again like New Year's week.

I wonder if Sam's Club even tracks that inventory they have.

Fry's/Kroger no longer sells games (OK by me, they never lowered their prices).

CompUSA always had stuff that other stores didn't seem to carry.

She was concerned that you went to that place at the mall and they did something terrible to your teeth. She said the kiosk or whatever that does it has messed some people up and they have had to fix it, broken teeth, cut gums, etc.

Man our kmart was awesome it always had everything I wanted.  stupid sears grand ruined it and then just went out of business. good riddance their employees were mostly terrible outside one older gentleman.

most of the other stores people use I don't have nearby like best buy. Closest one is like 15 something miles away and their selection is crap.  Its also a really small store though.

Thanks for the heads up. Enjoy using my oled wifi/3g vita, but the weight of it hurts after awhile. I hope this model is better as far as comfort goes not worried about the screen difference.

I like Best Buy, mainly for GCU. When they have 3DS games on sale I can usually score some around me.

I also like the Target clearance as I can find some good games to trade for stuff I want.

Well two months after the fact I finally got my stuff from that mayhem sale on New Year's day.  The $3 push broom is like $30 retail and the $2 blanket is about $13 at Ikea.  Pretty happy for $5, thanks to whoever posted that in here (kickz maybe?).
