What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition does products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. However, some people have reported that games were in no so scratched condition with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

Woah shit!!!

I just found another $64.99 Wii in stock in like new condition by going to the actual item page and clicking "used". It wasn't coming up in the search though.
I'm guessing it appears on that listing first before it populates the searches.

that black DSI XL for 128 is tempting BUT

you can get a DSI XL with game for 190 with a 1 year replacement from nintendo at best buy

i got one for 250 with a 2 year replacement and i can return it at any time in those 2 years and get a 190 + tax gift card from best buy (replacment plan)

so your risking about 78 bucks that your system wont crap out on you in whatever time is left on that warranty from nintendo

128 bucks from amazon with no warranty probally
35 for super mario if you want it

Still worth a shot lol. If it's a busy time they may just accept it and move on. I've traded in games where all they did was open the case and look to see if the game was there just because it was busy.
 
can you change your shipping speeds on wherehouse deals once you place an order

the DSI white i got this week will NOT allow me to change speeds and does not ship till AUG 12 (wont get it till AUG 17)

dont ask me why
 
I don't know why Warehouse Deals seems to take so much longer to ship things, but given the crazy deals, I think I can be a little less demanding. It just needs to be understood that you don't get something from them if you're in a rush.

it ships from amazon, always the same speed for me.
 
We've discussed the shipping differences before. I'm in LA, and if I order virtually any new games or blurays from amazon, they will be coming from their nearest distribution center, which is just outside of Vegas. However, with the items on warehouse deals, they are "one off" items that could be located at any of a number of their distribution centers - probably at the location where the "damage" occured or was noticed.

Thus, the "used like new, just missing factory wrapping" copy of some game that I order could be coming from across the country, thus taking more time. Or it could take more time to find the item sitting in a pile of "damaged" goods in the warehouse somewhere.

wait.. u paid $60 more to add another year of warranty (minus the 1 yr warranty from Nintendo) for a $190 purchase?!??

damn, extended warranty is one juicy business there at bestbuy. Any extended warranty that exceed 10% of the item price is one freaking rip off. You'll be better off with Square Warranty (if you really really want extended warranty) Oh well, whatever rock your boat dude

btw, Unlike the xbox, DS system has a very, very low rate of failing.

Not yet but that seems a bit risky with the cd keys and all attached to the manual. They could easily just copy those keys down and re-download it from battle.net. I'd recommend against it.

Yes, for a long time - they used to have a software category, but they took it away somewhat recently for some reason. I think now they are under Electronics & Computers.

well paid 50 bucks at best buy due to the fact you can take it in at the end of those 2 years and go

UMMMM SYSTEM dont work..

and they give you a gift card of what you paid ..

so when the FAT ds was out when my system stopped working it was like getting a free DS lite (since they gave me 129.99 for the old system and i used it for a new system)


of the 3 ds systems i had 1 hinge broke (the one i just took back) one battery stopped holding the charge

so they do break and wear out (i used to use mine probally between the entire family 4 to 6 hours a night)

Ok - Wii's all gone now. Congrats to those of you who got one in time :) I have gotten two wii's from WHD, and both were in excellent condition.
 
Also, to anyone who's interested, they have Intelligent Qube back up for $51.99 - I was debating on it, but decided not to. It's not a huge deal, but with free shipping it is a decent deal - and all the PS1 games I've gotten have been in amazing condition...

They sold at least five, considering there are four posts claiming they ordered one plus mine. :p So as long as some of our orders don't get canceled, the amount they say they have in stock might not matter.
 
fuck it looks like someone cherry picked through the new titles - "currently unavailable" Tales of Destiny 2 was priced at $32 or $33 apparently, Fire Emblem Sacred Stones was $18, and something else...

Those who got in on the WIIS did you get 2 day shipping or did they say BACKORDERED

Im worried the DSI White i got for 96.99 on monday will never shipped

It said BACKORDER we expect more in on AUG 12 and i get it AUG 17

why used systems will be backordered (a bunch of them ) is beyond me

they also had WHITE DSI in the where house after i got mine that had 2 day shipping on them

i still got a bad feeling these backordered systems will never ship..

one i can not change the payment
Two i can not change the shipping speed

See i went with prime 2 day as well with the DSI and it goes ITEM IS BACKORDERED ITem will ship AUG 12 and get it AUG 17... i never seen something like that with prime
