What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition does products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. However, some people have reported that games were in no so scratched condition with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I jumped in the Amazon price error with preorder of black ops xbox for 49.99 with 20 gaming credit.

It's certainly no DS, that's for sure. Still, not bad for a couple niche games. I'm surprised there wasn't a flood of PS1 ports.

Frankly, I'm willing to bet that Reach's best price for months (probably till near Gears 3 time) will be at launch... Granted, nothing really seems to retain its day one MSRP for long anymore... I think its the byproduct of all the VG credits sites have been doing. (Plus crappy economy)
 
It also doesn't help when a game sells 2-4 million copies in the first week... only to have people stop playing it a few weeks later. Used game shops get flooded thus lowering the prices thanks to overstock, lol.

I think Reach will last longer... I imagine the people buying it Day 1 aren't doing so for the SP campaign but RDR was a perfect example of your statement. How long ago did it come out?

Anyhow, more on topic since I'm curious...

Has anyone bought a Like New PC game via Amazon Warehouse Deals? If so did you have any trouble getting it to register and whatnot? (Tempted by that Orange Box for PC but only if I get get it to link with Steam.)

Yeah, that's pretty much been my personal opinion on all PC games of late... but it is Amazon so I got to wonder.

I likely won't buy their copy, I'm not seeing enough of a price drop to warrant the risk (even with Amazon no hassle returns), but I'm still curious about 'Like New PC' games if anyone has picked any up via AWD.
 
so, my 360 slim is supposed to arrive tomorrow according to Amazon yet they haven't even shipped it out. is that normal when buying something from a warehouse deal? Amazon is usually on the money when it comes to getting their stuff to my place when they say they will.

I've had this happen before, it may be they don't actually have it in stock yet and will ship it when they get it or something. If you called them they would say you would (by default), but usually if it's the night before and it still hasn't shipped, you won't get it the next day.

When I ordered the Hangover on blu-ray it was supposed to arrive the Tuesday it came out and I don't think I got my shipping confirmation until that morning around 11:00 or before, and it arrived.
 
Man, still waiting on a ps3 to pop up lol. I have the firefox update scanner somebody mentioned on here setup on my home computer and work computer lol.

Looks like it's a wrinkle or bend in the case (for at least Deathsmiles)

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is yet another worthy installment in Intelligent Systems' venerable strategy RPG series. The text-heavy presentation is definitely not for everyone, but the well-tweaked strategy gameplay, long quest (40 hours is not an inflated estimate

crap if i knew it was 40+ hours i would of grabbed it ... o well maybe next time
 
I always liked the Fire emblem series, but only played the gba ones on roms. On a related note my dsxl shipped from them today too. Soo I can pick up the ds fire emblem now aswell, since I wont emulate current gen stuff.

Or is the faceplate messed up? (Not that it much matters with the release of the S model.)

I do doubt it.. but even with it being Amazon "proper" I'm not sure I would want to buy a collector's/limited edition of a game...

RoAW has a very thin cardboard box. It's almost like two sheets of paper thick. Most boxes get banged up in shipment and Amazon even pulled the game for a while because "the packaging didn't meet with their normal standards."

So yeah, creased box but the game inside is probably mint as well as the boobie mousepad.

They put up at least 2 $224.99 "Like New" 160gb PS3s at the same time, too. (I say at least 2, because I grabbed one, and there was still one left after mine had gone through). Both went up around 6:30am PST. Other one+ went quickly, though - maybe 2-3 mins after?

Could be a temporary price increase too. They just listed a Mario Galaxy 2 for $42.99, so seems at least some of them are seeing a temp price increase (and NSMB Wii is $34.99/35.99) while others are seeing a slight decrease (Red Dead is $42.99 vs the usual $45.99 and never selling)

Seems to be quite a few "Acceptable" condition items just recently listed and more then the "like new" conditions, weird.

That's Amazon Warehouse's general description for games. it doesn't come with a game

That is just their standard disclaimer for all videogame items.
 
If it was $172 I would definitely jump on that ps3, but then it probably still wouldn't be around for me to grab. Anyone think they'll drop the price more if it doesn't sell.

I'm new to these Warehouse deals, but wouldn't mind grabbing a cheap ps3.

Won't happen. If it does drop, it'll be by a few bucks. But I bet someone buys it before then. Just wait for them to put up more for cheaper.

Yeah, it's there, but everything looks brand new. Can't tell if anyone ever used the disc. I'm guessing it was an open box item that was resealed.
