I just submitted an add request online (because I didn't know if I had put it in on that one or not). It said the transaction has been applied and to wait for 24-48 hours for the points to post. I also got an email way back when that the order was cancelled and later reinstated. I wonder if those who had it reinstated had it put back in at the correct price point aka no crazy bonus points.

edit: Now that I look through my line-by-line, the order with the promo code does show on my rewards history. Just 11 points per amiibo. :(

Yes they are! I picked up an extra to paint my personal color scheme but I have definitely considered picking up a few more for Guts Man, Metal Man, Proto Man, Snake Man, Skull Man, Galaxy Man and a few of my other favorites. I'm really tempted to buy up 78 more to have one for each robot master. I'm sure someone will do it.

Oh sweet. Were you one of the guys I was chatting with a bit? I was the guy wearing the big black poofy coat. I felt bad because two of the other dudes had just left right before they came out with the totes.

story below:

The funny story was that 10 minutes before the store opened the maanger came outside to basically pick a fight with all of us. If you were there, you saw. He started flapping his arms around and telling us "we don't have anything" "why are you guys even here?" "we don't have any new amiibos at all" "everything you heard or read from reddit is wrong". But the people in the line weren't having any of it. The guys around me were like "look, thats fine. but we know you have 16 in transit. I can show you from my phone if you'd like". Then the manager puffed his chest out and started demanding to know where we found out this information. He says "give me a name". I laugh in his face. He says "no, give me the name of the guy working here that told you". A staredown ensues. He says "that is confidential proprietary information. I want the name of the warehouse employee that told you info." At this point about five of the eight people in the line had dissipated and went back to their cars to leave. The rest of us waited a couple minutes for the store to open, I had a couple blu rays to pick up anyways. Three of us sat chatting in the gaming section for about 15-20 minutes. Then out come a couple guys from the warhouse carrying the totes, "hey guys, over here". The three of us that waited around patiently and chatting with each other were the first ones to score when everyone else had already gone home.

So the manager just lied to everyone and said they had no amiibos but then brought them out to solution central 15minutes after the store opened saying they just got them off the truck. I talked with him for a few moments. They were all pretty pissed off over amiibos. He said they counted 140 phone calls yesterday alone for Little Mac. The store is really upset about the wasted productivity and he was looking to fire employees that were leaking information. I calmly explained to him how we all got our info from separate places, I got mine from another store that looked it up in the inventory system. As I was walking away, he and the phone answering guy were having to deal with some guy from Tennessee demanding to speak to a manager about transfering a Little Mac.

I came in about 40 mins after opening, so I missed out haha. Story to tell your kids someday ;)

But the other question is did any of you actually get your Amiibos sent to you?! I have my Paypal order reinstated, but never heard about it again. No follow up or anything. Mine was for 2 Lucario, but I have nothing showing the order or shipping or anything.

Just called Customer Service to add the purchase to my account and it will take days to process the request. Glitch will definitely be fixed by then. :(

If anyone has this issue and can tell me what Rewards R Us thinks the total purchase amount was - you'd be a huge help because I could manually add it to my account.

All the people who got the certificates are out spending them right now. If anyone can confirm what the total purchase price is on their rewards account, that would seriously be appreciated!

 
And those of you who got those massive points, did you in fact actually have the Amiibos ship to you? If so, what payment method did you use? I'm concerned that I may never see my Paypal re-order from TRU. :(

 
I ordered and got 2 Lucario, a Pit, Sonic and Mega Man using paypal and only got the regular amount of points. Either I took too long to check it out or it's YMMV for people.

All of the ones I ordered shipped to me. (Though, I didn't get the massive points thing; normal amounts.)

 
I probably could have had that glitch TRU rewards but I think I never entered my number since it was a online order and I just never thought about it.

Sure would have been nice.
Probably would have bought a high value item to flip for the cash since there's nothing at TRU I want for that amount of money, and sitting on it will likely get it revoked once they see their error.
 
What i didn't realize is if you enrolled in store, you'd have to active that at the rewards site, THEN attach that number to your account in your profile.

What I THOUGHT would happen is that once I enrolled with my e-mail it was one and done and connected to my account. 

How erroneous I was.

 
I bet it still happened though, which means they'll just have people lining up everyday for no reason because of surprises like this.

 
NW is only a 3 hour drive, so very tempting. No, what am I saying, that is pure insanity. Or is it? Yea, I can't let these amiibos get the best of me.
