The Splatoon amiibos are the beginning of the end for me. They are figures from a new IP. There is no reason to want the Splatoon Amiibos when I have never played the game. There is no sentiment, nostalgia, or reason to collect there.

I think $750 to $1000 spent on amiibos is enough. You have to draw a line in the sand somewhere.

Jigglypuff should come back at least on release. Rosalina was available for about an hour the morning of release
 
I really hope the non-exclusive amiibo stay up for at least 10 minutes. I swear if I can't at least get my mains in smash I'll give up this amiibo hunt. Couldn't even get Falcon. :fridge:

Yep, they are quickly losing me for sure...Ill be getting SSB and possible Zelda ones down the line. Thankfully that game got pushed to 2016 for Amiibo collecting sake for me, since it appears they are making amiibo for every damn game they make now.

 
gonna keep my eye on jiggly, but like someone mentioned, rosa did go back up for a long time on target.com.  i waited outside the store to get one, got home, and was easily able to get a 2nd.  lets not light the torches and grab pitchforks yet

I think I need to get out of the amiibo game, worrying about finding them is starting to make me feel ill. They're just stupid toys. Oy.

Lol exactly why I hate going to GameStop. You want to upgrade your power up card you don't your stupid you want a warranty with that you don't your stupid and don't come crying to me when your system is bricked. Yeah love GameStop

I think its the fact that they stated it would be WIS and Online at a given time already and now they are back tracking. They also have not announced a time for the online orders in which that is a problem too.

As of now there have been no limits posted which I find shocking. If they don't limit NES he is going to sell out to probably 3 or 4 people ordering multiple hundreds.

Splatoon has been getting shoved into everyone's faces since it's E3 reveal so it's not surprising it's getting Amiibo support as many people became fans of it and started drawing fan art within hours. They could've made cards like the Animal Crossing ones coming out but from the looks of it it'll only just be the 3 Splatoon amiibos and no more which is why it's also including a triple pack for it.

That's what I was told when I called, the fella also said tons of people said they were coming at 2pm est, so I'm just going to stay home and take my chances online to spare the fuel and avoid the black friday reseller gypsy crowd.
