Yeah, Pac-man and to a lesser extend Charizard are probably heavier packed or under less demand, so them not selling out within 30 seconds probably gave most of us a sense of false security.

Does anyone know what the pack out is per case?  Does it differ?  I'm fairly sure Wario is going to last for at least a bit.

 
Avoiding a double post in this thread is a fucking nightmare. CAG needs fixed. There are always new replies when I reply. Then CAG 3.0 takes a shit and freezes.

Refreshed for 30 solid minutes, and the option to put in my cart never appeared. Nintendo talks about how they're hard at work trying to manufacture enough to meet demand, right. Hope this blows up in their faces.

 
I don't even buy them all but they are still a headache. I've gotten all the ones I've wanted so far but I feel like the last ones on my list remaining will cause a headache. I'm looking at you Palutena, Zero Suit, Mewtwo, and Lucas

 
Amazon has another side-benefit to ward off scalpers:  you have to pay shipping on returns.  Easy enough to pick up a Pac-man and Wario to return back to Target if they don't sell while you're picking up Lucina and Jigglypuff anyway, but with Amazon, between the limit of one and the return shipping...  but yeah the high demand stuff is toast.  How did Fire Emblem get so popular?

I was refreshing both her page and her seller options on three different browsers on my desktop. She only ever popped up for sale on one browser, Firefox. She popped again under the seller option later on chrome but she was already sold out at that point and sometimes the cache leaves them flickering.

Just got my Robin and Lucina from Best buy preorder. Boxes came ruined on the top. Not bad but far from great condition.
 
I am shocked that refreshing every second for an hour only landed me one opportunity and then it was taken out of my cart. Oh well, congrats to those that got one.

Ain't nobody returning these Amiibos... unless they are damaged... and Amazon WILL pay to have it shipped back.

 
I never saw Lucina show up on Amazon, and I wasn't able to get one this morning. (got to Target a little too late, and was in a business meeting when all the other stores opened) Crap.

I was using Firefox too
 
Was at my pc the whole time, never even saw Lucina and that was with constant refreshing. GG on fixing those production issues Nintendo. Least I got Jiggs and Splatoon 3 pack today and even a free Splatoon hat from an awesome Gamestop employee.

So QOTD... Whats more in demand.. Lucina or Ness. (Hell could even add Robin) Somehow, I do not think Ness is winning. Its exclusive sure.. but not in demand as Fire Emblem stuff..

Imagine if they added SMT line of Amiibos.

 
5 stores and no 3 pack. Also missed out on tiger direct but then again I don't trust them and $5 shipping is was not worth it. I pray to god Amazon pulls through, if not screw this.
 
So we should know by now that when a company announce when their amiibo stock goes up your chance of getting one does not go up, it actually goes way down.

Lucina is more in demand I think, but she has been everywhere. Target, Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, many opportunities, even if they were all as slight as this one. Ness hasn't even shown up online, he's a gamestop exclusive, as far as I could tell on the preorder day only a handful per store were available, and today I've only heard 2 per store were available.

 
Completely absurd play, Amazon. Saw it on the LIST of sellers, never came on front page. Added Lucina then got the error/nonexistent message when checking out. Wanted Wario, but not gonna bother. I'll check for Robin, but after that I'm done. Only have Samus anyway, so whatever. I'm sure Wacktendo is loving this cuz the WiiU damn sure ain't making them any money.

I don't think it's as much demand as just a very low production run.
