I like him enough to want to buy one. I love Punch Out and a Little Mac figure sitting on my shelf would be cool. I couldn't care less about any of the other Amiibos, their functionality, speculating on and hoarding them, or anything else. How Nintendo has handled them has served as a good source of amusement though.

i love punch out too but its a character redesign.. i mean when i look at him i don't think of punch out or super punch out but the wii game..

 
Only trace I've seen of Pit today was Gamestop telling me they're already sold out. Seems like a few DID have them though.

Cap Falcon and Luigi acquired at Target. TRU had none of 2b, not even Luigi.

 
Just got email from BestBuy.com that my Little Mac is shipping. They're coming through so far on early wave 2, as I just had Zelda and Diddy Kong delivered today.

Sweet !! I found the lady you were talking about and she had one Captain Falcon left :D she also had about 4 Diddy Kong's in the back so I picked up one of those and my set is now complete :D
 
I called my Target again and the guy has a Captain Falcon this time, I told him to put it on hold for me

I previously called at 10am and that guy said it was already sold out

 
Jeez I can't decide if this is worth it or not to try to get these things. I was at Nintendo world yesterday and they didn't have any of wave 2 out yet. I might just try to get some of my favorites and all the Kirby ones since he's my favorite Nintendo series.

I've had the same thing happen to me all day out here in Dallas. Several Target stores are showing in-stock on Falcon, but every single one I've called or visited has said they haven't even received him. Not sure what's going on.

 
Should have went there today instead. Got a report in from someone who bought a Pit there today. Dont know what else from wave 2 a/b might have been there.
 
Called the nearest Target (40 minutes away.)  Guy said he had two Falcons left, but, he wouldn't hold one for me.

My wife works in the town, but doesn't get off work until 6:00.  I hope one is still there when she gets off work!

 
I feel like being a bastard, reported Toys r us to ebay for selling an item (lucario) that won't be available within 30 days. Not like it'll do much considering how much money ebay makes off of companies like them.
 
I just bought Lucario on that eBay TRU listing... came out to 19.11 with shipping and tax. Wait whats going on here, I'm so fucking confused at this point. Why did TRU put up an Ebay store after cancelling so many preorders one day prior

 
Found Caption Falcon and Luigi at Target today in NW Chicago Suburbs. AND I Got my Little Mac in the mail today...But the top left side of the packaging is slightly scuffed. :/ (shipped from Toys R Us)

Earlier this morning it was free shipping, then it switched to 50% off expedited shipping, and now Lucario is out of stock (and not even on the website anymore) so unless you got in right away this morning this is the cheapest you can get it now (or at all, really).

I feel slightly embarrassed when I ask these random employees if they have Captain Falcon in, as they're all like, "Who? Captain America?" So many of them seem really angry today and would likely rather see me jump off a cliff than talk to them, too, but I can't blame them after seeing how many madmen (and madwomen) are out shopping today.

 
Marth is back in stock at Amazon.de .  I went ahead and ordered all of my missing Amiibo from Amazon.de except Villager (which is OOS again).  They do have Rosalina and Lucario up for pre-order, though after conversion and US shipping they end up being about $25 each.  Anyone giving up and going that route?
