Can't find a single Pit anywhere in West MD.  Got Falcon, Luigi, Diddy and Mac already, but I'll have to keep checking stock over the next few days I guess.

I know, I just put $5 down on my 2nd yesterday. Didn't know how close I was from getting shot down, but figured I needed to act fast since the fuck ery is at an all-time high with these.

 
Managed to get a Little Mac on walmart.com was going to post be was available but looks like he's out of stock again.

Agreed. They do this a lot and the announcement is just to put out the fire of bad publicity. They prob didnt expect these preorders to be so popular and got burned with all the free shipping so they hot the reset button like you put it. Hell they sent my lone zelda figure preorder in a box that could hold 3 xbones. If thats the only way they can ship these things then those costs are unsustainable which explains the same things going back up for sale with exorbitant shipping charges.
 
The person at the one Target that was supposed to have Falcon in stock was pretty rude - they immediately told me no and wouldn't look. Just no. I understand that today's a busy day, but it's not as if I'm anything but polite when I go around and ask for these things. When I worked there, I was taught to never do that to a customer, and I've been able to find many "missing" items as a back room worker. They're almost always on a pallet in the back room and not scanned in when that happens.

Just a little grumpy due to the fact that he's more or less sold out everywhere and the person wouldn't even look. Part of me wants to be cynical and say that they hid them away for themselves, given how many people are talking about that.

I plan on going and preordering the wave 3 figures I want after the holidays when I have a little cash to spare. Best place to order is GS correct? I'm wanting Shiek, Bowser and Toon Link so as of right now all are available (knock on wood).

With target employees, you first find out the dcpi for the item in question. Then ask them to check it on their handhelds. When it shows in stock somewhere they will have no choice but to look for it for you. If you just ask about the item they might just say, "everything is out already"

Yeah, with their shoddy inventory system and their at best incompetent, at worst lying reps, I'm done with Target on these things.

 
For those interested... Just got back from Nintendo World NYC. They are packed with some of the harder to get figures, notably Zelda, Luigi, Mac, and Diddy. I noticed after taking the pics below that they were constantly putting new figures in place as people were buying. I missed Pit by less than an hour. He did last like 24 hours tho..... Also, they never got, nor know when they will get, Falcon.

Just wanted to report from the battlefield !

Oh, I know. Like I said, I worked there until recently, and even in the back room, so I'm very used to how it works. I even told her that the inventory checker said they had two still left and she just brushed me off with another emphatic no. Not being the type of person to make a scene, I just wrote it off as a lost cause and walked out.

 
The big 3 certainly was a surprise this week. I consider myself extremely lucky to have made it there and get them that day. Quite frankly, I dont think that will happen again til next month at the earliest.

Seems the 3 reps there I was speaking about have no idea when Falcon will be in. Hes just delayed. I dont get how stores all over are getting even 1 or 2 of him, and heres NW and they cant get any lol. Dont they make them lol ?

If pit had only been at FYE then I'm not as scared since I don't even know where one of those are around here. If it were TRU I'd be pissed I missed it.
 
I've had no problem finding Luigi, Diddy or Zelda in VA Beach in Targets/BBYs. Saw Mac and Falcons on Friday. But haven't seen them since. No sign of Pit yet.
 
South Jersey Targets seemed to get a restock on wave 1 commons along with Zelda, Luigi and Diddy. Haven't seen a Mac at target and got the only Falcon I saw yesterday.

So far, seems like Mac is the hardest one to find out of wave 2. Won't know about Falcon and Pit till they are more widely released

 
damn only got my hand on zelda and diddy kong. wasn't gonna get diddy but last one then i came home and preordered donkey. rosaline looks nice wish i would have gotten a preorder in :(. i have most of wave 3 ordered except bowser and ike -_- i actually wanted pit he seemed like his would be nice

best buy in Hawthorne, Ca has Diddy Kong and luigi but they're insisting they can't sell them. took some notching but I left with two Diddy Kong. don't waste your time at the toys r us across the street.

I disagree with this, their system in store is actually pretty good. The .com to store side needs some work but had been getting better.

Like somebody said earlier, always have the dpci in hand when looking for something.

Anytime I have done this they go in the back for about 2 seconds, say they can't find it and say sorry

Yeah after TRU ebay have ton negative feedback by canceled people order's and sell them little high price with extra shipping charges. Possible on 50% people's will get they pre order backup & the rest is S.O.L unless you call them.

Yeah, they cancelled an instore pickup once of a LEGO Y-Wing set on sale saying none in stock. I went in there and they had like 30 of them with the same deal. Dunno what the heck TRU.com's problem is. Paid with cash and didn't bother to ask them why and I'm never gonna order from them unless it's a real 50% off deal or something.

Had both DCPIs for Marth and Villager, my local store said they had 4 of Marth and 2 Villager. Got there, guy told me he hadn't seen any since the first day. Good shit. People just walking out the door with them apparently.

TRU cancelled my orders for Lucario on .com. I went in last night and pre-ordered 2 in-store. They had like a stack of 200 pre-order cards. We'll see if that actually gets me one or not.

Best Buy didn't get my Little Mac, but a store manager who lived near another store went and grabbed me one and brought it with him to work so I guess that's fine. I would've liked the $25 gift card instead TBQH but whatever.

I pray to God my other pre-orders from BBY aren't all fucked.

Just for the hell of it I hit 4 Targets, 2 TRU, and 2 BB today to check general stock. I found no captain falcon, pit, or little mac, about 50 Luigi, maybe 15 Diddy, and all of wave 1 except the big 3.

 
I've given up on the search for now.  

Still missing Captain Falcon, Pit, and the big three.  

I have an extra Diddy Kong and Little Mac though if someone is interested in those for trade.  

 
FWIW, best buy handled my pre-order of little mac perfectly.  They had it in store waiting for me on the 19th.

I'm still waiting on my Pit pre-order from them.

Exactly, I was able to score Pit but the Target near me didnt have any Falcons and I wasnt about to drive to another one as it was hell getting into the one I was in.

 
I have an extra Diddy to trade as well. Pit, falcon and Mac are the ones I am looking for. Also a Rosalina pre order, but I doubt anyone would trade those straight up.
