I called three Targets closest to me:

1 said they didn't have any as of right now, and while they might get some in, they can't be guaranteed at open. Another said they had some, but very few, and a third has some, but couldn't (or wouldn't) give me an idea of how many. All sounded rather clueless about it, and I'm sure the crowds are going to take them by surprise.

 
I'm showing up no earlier than 730 tomorrow. And I'm not standing in the frozen line.
If it's deep, I'll drive to another, if that's deep I'll wait for it in my car. I'm not going to risk getting sick for the CHANCE to get a $14 figure.

I hope it snows so it'll slow people down and thin the line.

Well if it's war I guess it's a good thing that meeting took me out of the crosshairs...you'd all fall beneath my fork-lift smash! That or I'll just get screwed in the snow I have to drive in.

Call ahead tomorrow before you go in. Last 2 times I've tried to go pick up my store pick up Amiibos afyer getting that message and seeing that status online, they did not have my pit or captain falcon or marth. They are forced to say they've picked the item even if it doesn't come in...
 
Funny that everyone is looking for Rosalina, but my most wanted amiibo is King Dedede. I'll try and be at Target on opening tomorrow, and if a get a Rosalina I'm more than ok with it, but not gonna run over people (I might sprint faster at store opening though).
 
Hey guys you can reserve wave 4 at fye in store right now. You need the UPCs. Most employees don't know what to do so you kinda got to walk them through it. I reserved robin, lucina, charizard and ness so far. I will try to post a better picture later of the list. I'm on my phone right now.[attachment=11653:image.jpg]

it really depends on your store. the best buy closest to me is fucking awful and always messed up my pre-orders. I drive further just to go to a best buy that's way less crowded with very knowledgeable staff. haven't had any issues since

Mine hasn't yet. Haven't heard anything since they sent out the email saying that there is a new release date for it. It said in that email that it would ship on 2/1. I guess we will see....

 
Gah well it looks like it's going to be snowing tonight and tomorrow morning and I won't have a car.  Suddenly I'm shafted on picking up a Rosalina.  Can anyone help me out?

Hopefully we get an answer soon. Their eBay TRU customer service told me it was on back-order last week. All that I asked was if it was still shipping out or should I cancel it as I know it didn't come out until 2/1. Their response was that it was on back-order so I said I'd let it sit. I wonder if anyone else has heard differently.

If they can't figure out how to pre-order it in their system correctly, the odds of them not screwing up your pre-order are zero. At a store like FYE, they almost certainly would not be able to identify an item like this as a pre-order and will put them on the sales floor without thinking.

I cancelled my Lucario few days ago because it's gotten annoying, not to mention 4-dollar shipping robbery. A friend of mine in Japan is going to send one over later this week so I'm happy with that. Their customer service is fast but in the end it was not a pleasant experience I was hoping. I gave them a neutral rating. Today, they sent an apology email and gave me a 10% coupon as compensation.

Got my Lucario last night, the guy said they had almost 30 show up at the store. 23 of them were preorders, the 7 that weren't were gone within 30 minutes. Crazy, guess I better try and roll out of bed before noon tomorrow for Rosalina.

 
Would it be a bad idea with the storms everyone is getting to drive to target now and sleep in your car overnight? I dont think it will be super rare but its an option if you afraid of how much snow is coming. This is a serious post by the way.
