Is the Toy Story 3 game worth checking out?
It's pretty entertaining. But having a kid around makes it much more enjoyable.
Seems like it, if you're 12.
Curse you!
It's actually a pretty cool game.
This!

I like the collectible figure, I hope I can sell the skin if I do decide to get it.

WTF...seriously? I was wondering why it keeps saying that you're online.

That was the best video so far. I loved your impersonations. In your next video, address the questions I asked. PLEASE!?!!?!!??!!?

JFD, did you gobble a gherkin on camera?
Morning, OTT! Morning, 83rd!

What's that last game in your gamercard?

Last Game Played? Robotron 2084
Last game from left to right? Lego Rock Band
Robotron 2084, huh? Looks hard.
It's Old School fun...I remember playing it in the arcade.

:oldman:

I played Pitfall on the Atari when I was 5.

Me getting an SNES as a kiddo. I can't be that much younger than you.

It's sort of the original twin stick shooter. And it is balls hard.

Well, to be honest...I bought my own SNES. And I *may* or may not have driven to the store to get it. 8-[

Awww...look at that smile!!!

You're blocking the T-Shirt...Does it say Jessfest? ;)

VHS & Cassette storage FTW.
We had the fake veneer ones with the metallic strip in both VHS & cassette just like the one behind your head.

Dual cassette deck, I wonder did it have high speed dubbing?

Good times.

I never play old-school games, no matter that I was growing up then. I don't feel like dying a bajillion times.

Heh, I didn't buy my own system until my Gamecube, which was purchased really late in that console generation.

As for the shirt, it said Sunkist, I believe. Jessfest wasn't me back then. My parents called me Pooh Bear.
Still do. :whistle2:$

Great gift for a kid -- must've been a wonderful Christmas.

And I think the shirt says Sunkist. :p

I can't believe you knew that.

It was a great Christmas. My dad got a bonus that year.

But man, I still remember going with my mom to Wal-mart to get my Nintendo 64.

Most likely after you bought a $1 six pack and a 35 cent pack of smokes you rolled into your white tshirt sleeve.

You old greaser.

The first system I bought on my own was the N64 from CostCo. My brother and I split it. It came with Zelda and an extra controller.

Holy Mammaries!

My first without my parents money system was the N64 as well. I soon regretted my purchase, sold it and used that money to get a Playstation. In fact, while I waited for all that to go down, I bought Resident Evil 2 and rented a Playstation until I had the money for my own.

Remember selling shit before the internet? It was called "hey dad, will you post this on the board at work?"

I would most definitely enjoy a healthy dick-sneeze on those.

I think you're my twin brother...that was my first system without parent's money as well - came from Zayre, though. I was a little annoyed it came with the orange gun instead of the gray...they were just starting to phase the gray ones out.

Disgusting.

I'm glad I'm set until 2013.

(Who did we steal all those months from, again?)

---

How in the fuck do you read so much, Marklershed? I'm trying to do a book a week and even that's kind of a struggle. Do you do most of it while you're on the train or whatever?

I think the first system I bought on my own was a PS2, but not until it was out for a few years already.

I'll never forget when I went to Walmart with my mom one day, and she said "I think we're going to buy a Super Nintendo today."

I just about died on the spot.

I cried when I bought my first playstation with cash i saved up.. finally something i paid for.. then my brother borrowed it, pawned it, and I cried some more.

Gorillaz, New Order, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs are going to be in DJ Hero 2. :whee:

Also, this Wilco show in CO just might work out. We're going to my grandma's house this weekend and it's only a four hour drive from there...

Those look a tad artificial.

Yeah, even though I had a N64 and enjoyed the few games I had (Mario 64, Waverace, Banjo-Kazooie, and Glover), there was some regret in the family about getting the N64. There were far fewer games for it than the Playstation. I recall renting Quest 64 from Blockbuster and thinking it sucked hard.

I bought a Dreamcast with birthday money. I don't know if that counts.

As far as money that I actually earned is concerned, I bought a PSP with my own money. That broke, so I cashed in my Best Buy replacement plan and bought a 360.

I think everything before the Dreamcast was a gift. I actually bought the Dreamcast a year after I got a PS2, because they dropped the price to $50, and I really couldn't pass that up.
I recall renting Quest 64 from Blockbuster and thinking it sucked hard.
Man, I was so pissed when I rented that game. Piece of cwap.
For 60K for a lifesize mockup, I bet he makes much more than a lawyer. I wonder how much of that 60k is the cost of legos?
Regardless of the fun he's having, it's still pretty laborious.

He could fund his own Lego house.
