9 PM EST! Time to play everybody's favorite OTT game show: Sanford & Sons Trivia!

For 1000 points, what name did Fred use to refer to his ritzin'-it-up concoction of champagne and ripple?

Answer NOW!
And nobody guessed correctly! The answer we were looking for was "Champipple"! "Champipple"!!!

Oh well, join us again tomorrow night at 9 PM EST for another round of the OTT's favorite game show: Sanford & Son Trivia!

Figures. I've had Starz and Showtime for a couple weeks now at home and there hasn't been anything great on during that time. I mean, I watched Stealth at one point cause nothing was on. Now, of course, two things are on at once that I really wanna watch: Lord of War and Mirrormask. What to do...What to do...

Watch it.

Better yet, DVR it.
I think a lot of it was just shitty compression back in the day.

The boxset is official, at least: http://www.mobygames.com/game/baldurs-gate-4-in-1-boxset

So I think Atari just used better methods of data storage.

Why the fuck did Atari not release this here? What a stupid idea, whoever decided to not bring this out.
It's been a long while since I played any of these old RPG's but I don't recall them ever having a ton of pre-rendered cinema or the like. So why did take up so much disc space?
Someone stole my Mexican friend's lawnmower .

 its so wrong

If I had a DVR, I totally would DVR one and watch the other. Unfortunately, my parents haven't upgraded to that yet. I found that Mirrormask is on again later tonight (4:45 AM) and I'm gonna set a tape up for that and tape it while I sleep and watch it tomorrow and watch Lord of War now.

Probably poor optimization, and they didn't have the compression techniques we have in this day and age.

These days, it's a lot easier to take something that was 5 CD's and put it on one DVD.

I mean, look at Symphony of the Night, that game was one CD and they managed to make it right around 150mb!

So yea, probably just better ways to compress files these days. The game has a few problems running in Vista, but I read some of the official site and everything is fixable, so I think I'll pull the trigger when I get some more $$$ in my Paypal.
They aren't wild raspberries. Not sure about blackberries but there were no thorns on the vine.
is it def. a berry bush? are there berries on it already? you're outside of athens, right? could it be kudzu?

Baldur's gate kicked ass. I have it around here somewhere... Minsk and Boo FTW!

I'm blaming you for the poor optimization and compression. Go fix it!

There were berries on it. I don't know if it was kudzu. I'll get pictures of it this weekend.

Damn, the gators basketball coach is moving up into the NBA. I wonder how the Magic will do with him as coach. It still saddens me that Shaq left for the Lakers. I remember reading about it in the paper when I was a kid.

kudzu.
if it's kudzu, dear lord leave it alone and call the environmental protection agency or department of agriculture or something. it's an edible plant/vine but even a small peice of a leaf can spawn an entirely new plant and it will eventually overgrown and kill all other plants you have. it's considered a parasite and nusince however tasty it may be.

Not reading that. At least not right now.

Work sucked. Had to stay an extra couple hours because someone's car broke down.

Going out in a bit. Later OTT.

Man, old crap isn't worth *anything*. I've got three old issues of music magazines like Hit Parader and Song Hits with features on Elvis and the Beatles. One's from 1959, one from 1961, one from 1964. You'd think that they may be worth something...

...and you'd be wrong! Some guys are posting similar mags on eBay for 9.99 a pop with minimal bidders, minimal viewers. Lame. It's not even worth the hassle.

Yea, I don't think it is kudzu. I did come up with this theory of having kudzu grow over the house to see if it will help keep this place cool in the summer.

being in central to northern georgia, that isn't unrealistic.

We found a bunch of my grandma's old cookbooks, and they were worth nothing.

They were compilations of contest-winning recipes, and I would of expected to get some money for them. I didn't even bother listing them though.

But yeah, it's amazing how worthless old magazines and crap are.

Got home from school and checked my email to see that one of my textbooks sold. It tells me I HAVE to ship it tomorrow, but doesn't say anything about me getting my money . Oh well, worth a shot.

So busy right now. Not used to this crap.

I feel like parappa the rappa when I'm brushing my teeth.

Brushin' my teeth, brushin' real hard
small circular motions, no plaque or tartar
And when I floss, it's always monofilament
get all up in between and do it real diligent
etc., etc., etc.

You obviously weren't around for my fierce rhyme war with thirdeyeblind or whoever that kid with the helmet horns and the dresser lotion is. I've got modest skillz.

Oh well... I'm done OTTing the night away... gonna listen to the CAGcast and crush some Black Hole Army in AW: DS.

I'll leave you with this classic:

I'm gonna learn how to play it, and then form a polka band.
GTFO.
GTFO.
Racist.

Wait. No, that's not the right term.

Accordionist!

Wait. No, that's what I'm gonna be.

I'm gonna lay down some phat beats, you'll see!

Edit: It's actually a beginner accordion, I guess. Not the kind with all the keys. It's like a kid's accordion.

Brain hurts:headache:

The HUD in GHIII blows.

I wonder if the Wii guitar will be the same. I hope they don't put stupid shit in the Wii edition, or I'll buy the PS2 one.
