Silver rod! My Nookington's had one last week, but I already had one, so one of my visitors bought it.

Is that 88 price higher than what you had yesterday? Yours might be starting to spike, so maybe tomorrow's afternoon price or Saturday's morning price will be your highest, unless you have one of those roller coaster weeks.
 
i'm so happy, spring is finally here. i've got to get my flower garden into better shape for the bugs that should be coming.
 
The Wizard has already mentioned roller coaster as my pattern for the week. No recommended selling date.

My prices since Monday have been:

But according the that turnip thread you posted Miranda, it says, "During a roller coaster pattern the prices of turnips can range anywhere from 30 to 151 bells/turnip." So I don't have much to look forward to :lol:

Matt, no silver axe today. I went with no money and empty pockets (although I was wearing clothes and an accessory). She asked what I wanted and I picked the gold. Then she got angry and didn't give me anything.
 
turnips are 526 in my town! Im going to open my gate now.

Edit..have to close my gate for a bit. I will open it again tonight. My store is open late.:)

5 trips is fine. :) I'm sorry I had to close my gate for now. I have to eat and then go out for a bit. I'll probably be on again at 8 central. I will add you if I haven't done so already.
 
A while back somebody mentioned wanting to trade boxing ring corners. It got lost in the trading frenzy, but yes I would like to do that! I've got the blue corner. Or we could just catalog each others corners. Anyway, who was that?
 
Oh, and I sent the black king to ProfWho to pass onto CL. CL - do you have any cabana furniture? Or just send bells. It was 7000 or 6000 or something like that - check the price in your catalog once you get it.

I've been having a rough week. My fiancee's grandmother died, my daughter's central line broke and then she had to be admitted to the hospital for at least a week because of an infection/stomach issues.

Pretty sure I just bought the basketball hoop for my son. Not sure if it shows up as something I can order from the catalog or not. I'll check later tonight.
 
I don't know what cabana items there are. I don't have a guide. I will check tonight to see what I already have, but offhand I know that i have the wall, lamp, cabinet, dresser and screen. I think I also have the table, but I have to double-check that. I presume there is at least a floor and I definitely don't have that.

I got my Platinum status at Nooks today with the 5x point special, buying a couple of moons and other furniture items I didn't realize I had in my catalog. Anyone want a moon?

I've got the bridge, fountain, and lighthouse in my town. I have completed my fossil collection, and already made it to perfect town status. I want to catch all of the fish and bugs yet, but in the meantime it seems like there is nothing much to do. I guess it'll be exciting with the new fish and bugs tomorrow. With over 2M bells in the bank I wish there was another town funds project I could donate to. I hate to think that I'm down to fishing/bug collecting for the rest of the year now.

I'll take a moon if you have extra. And you can still donate to the town to get the different colored feathers. You can also try for the Gracie Grace stuff each season. Plenty of things to suck the money right out of your pockets.

Right now I'm trying to get the piggy bank from the town hall by having 10 million in the bank. Then I'll try to get some Gracie furniture.

I ended up buying a couple more King Tut Masks due to the 5x points sale. :) I didn't go hog wild this time, though. I'll presume nobody wants one unless I hear otherwise and sell them at the next flea market to recoup most of my losses. I might have bought more but I wanted to save bells for turnips. I got enough points to order the bad bro's 'stache, so I'm happy. :)

Cabana stuff. I was wrong about the table - I don't have it. I have the dresser, wardrobe, lamp, screen and wall. I need the other stuff.
 
I just bought the armchair yesterday, only to learn that the paper and wall I thought I had for it were Exotic, not Cabana. You can have it, if you want.

I've got the table now, or will - it turns out my oldest son had the cabana table in his catalog so he ordered it for me tonight and got to take advantage of the 5x points. Win-win.

That was fun!!! My wife thought Romeo was very funny with his emotions!!! I ended up with four Red Snappers, 2 Football Fish, 2 Jaw Fish, and a Tuna.... Thanks for having us over.
 
I think my charm this month has something to do with getting better relationships with your villagers, Katrina says:

I don't know if the golden tree actually has to grow (would be nice if it does though, with Bells and everything ;)). I've had charms where people had to plant a specific number of trees before, but they still got the effects even if the trees didn't grow.

My Pavé room is the model room of the HRA in my city this week. LOL.
 
You shouldn't have to have the golden tree flourish, my mother-in-law's town required it for January and I reaped the rewards without the trees surviving.
 
I told myself I wouldn't, that I'd take a break this week...but, well, guess I'm weak. My second floor and basement are wall-to-wall turnips. There's a little overflow on the main floor.

So I'll be looking for good prices starting around Wed. evening. :)

Don't forget that it's a new month and that means new charms. Update your entries in Converse's database! I've got a link to it in my now defunct list in my sig. My charm this month is plant two trees which I think brings more gyroids. She said, "gyroids blessings".

I hate my charm this month.... have someone from another town catch a pill bug in MY town.... and they will have good luck in THEIR town. Woe is me!!! :)
