Former missile base for sale. Sweet! I can finally fulfill my dream of having a Resident Evil style research facility. The asking price is $1.5 mil but I need an extra $500K to build a small mansion on the base which will contraptions and medallions to defeat the contraptions. Just call me the CEO of Umbrella Corp. :lol:

I'd gladly pay $120 if that meant only having to share it with 12,500 people as opposed to 25,000. I want naming rights as well.

what the fuck am I going to do with an empty missile base? If the russians, Iran, North Korea or China ever sends over a few nukes...a missile base WILL BE A TARGET. Not everyone will believe it's under private use and there is no more missiles at the base except the owners and the government.

Now a base inside of a mountain...NOW THAT I WILL BUY for 2 million.

You know these are quite commonly for sale right? There are lots in the $500K range too. But yeah, if I had the $ for one of these i'd totally buy it and turn it into a private paintball arena. Think Goldeneye for the N64 but IRL.

A CAG missile base would be great. GameStop decides to raise the price of GCN games again, we nuke them! BestBuy tries to sell us extended warranties, we nuke them!

Resident Evil style mansion would be nice, but we would need a few extra million to develop viruses which can create monster size bugs and zombies.

Yeah, but I'd only be interested in it if it were in Northern California somewhere. The middle of nowhere in WA is just too out of the way. Does it at least have a landing strip or at the very least, a heliport? I mean, for 57 acres I'd expect at least a runway to accomdate most private jets.

Oh wait, you want me to loan you the money for it, with you paying back on a note at 7% for 3 years? The interest is too low. I can make much more on my money elsewhere. Make it 10% minimum and we'll talk.

Few extra million? Try a couple of billion, minimum. A few million won't by you anywhere near the type of modern, cutting edge research and development facility you'd need for advanced viral and biological warfare research, super human development/cloning, etc. Trust me, I already have the land needed in one of the many banana republics south of the border, now I'm just working on the funding for the labs...

Well if you were smart, you could turn that 57 acres into farm land and grow some stuff and either sell what you grow or keep it for yourself.
