Anyone have their BB RZ Certificates disappear?

I just logged into my RZ account today to print some BB RZ certificates. I had about $200 worth of certificates from video game preorders, purchases and a few cancellations/returns that BB honored with RZ Certs.

Today all record of those certificates disappeared from my account. None of them were set to expire for at least two months.

I was wondering if this was a glitch with the RZ site or if I need to be worried and contact CSR

Quick Update:

My account still shows zero certificates available despite having a $200+ balance less then a week ago.

However if I search the inbox of the e-mail address where I receive BB and RZ alerts I can print the certificates there. I printed one certificate and brought it to the store afraid that it wouldn't ring up as invalid either because A) someone hacked my account and wiped it clean or B) BB is freezing my RZ account for some reason

BUT to my surprise the certificate was accepted. I'm hoping this is just a temporary glitch---similar to those when you log into your BB account and your order history is deleted.

If anyone else has difficulties let me know. I do think I'll print all my certificates and use them this weekend in case something funny is going on.
 
I had one for $20 and it seems to have disappeared also. Got it from the BO2 $20 promo so I know it wasn't set to expire yet.

edit:logged into the android app of Best Buy Rewardzone and it appears there. Must be a glitch I guess.
 
Yeah mine came back about an hour ago so I printed every last certificate and stuck them in an envelope in my office.

I logged back in a few minutes ago and they were gone again. It must be a glitch with the website but I don't want to risk them being wiped out.
 
I never print mine out, I just right down the number under the barcode for the cashier to type in. Your problem did happen to me once though on a Best Buy computer, when ever I do the aforementioned, I use the print now to look at the cert to right down the number. When I forgot to bring the sheet to the store one day it was doing the same thing.

I'm glad it worked out for you in the end, I bet it had you worried for a few minutes!
 
I had a similar issues as well.

Beginning of Dec, I tried printing a cert at a bestbuy store on their kiosk, but myrz showed 0 certs ready to be printed. I checked on both kiosks in the store as well. When I got home, I checked again and the cert was there! I ended up printing at another store a few days later.

Last week, I used points to get some certs and only printed one at a store (different from the ones mentioned already). I then try to print the two remaining certs at the store where the "glitch" occurred last time. No certs showed on either of the kiosks. Checked at another store which was fine. No idea why this happened.
 
To be safe I just printed all of mine and stuck them in a folder; and to be honest I think I'll do the same with any new certificates I earn.

The last thing I want to do is spend hours getting the situation resolved with customer support if they are ever wiped away permanently.
 
The app is always unreliable and so is the website, as long as you have the email you should be fine and they can type the numbers into the POS to use it if they can't scan from a phone.
 
Something weird happened to me the last time I was issued a RZ Certificate. Rather than just leaving it in the "Certificates" part of my RZ account online, for some reason BB actually issued the RZ Cert and emailed it to me.

I logged onto my account a couple days ago, and I was starting to freak out when I saw that the cert was issued and I couldn't print out another copy. I was starting to think my account might have been hacked. Luckily I remembered actually seeing the emailed RZ Certificate about a week back, and I just didn't think much of it at the time.
 
Everyone that is normal when you do not see it after you log in. What you need to do is click on the best buy logo on the top left corner after you log in and it will get you back to the main screen of your reward zone page.
After that go and look at your certificates and it will show up. This happen to me a few months back and I just did what I explain and it works.
