Anyone know the name of this game?

All i remember is that it was on the sega genesis i think and you were basically in a comicbook and you'd go from frame to frame... thats all i can remember.

I know its really vague but if anyone knows what game im talking about and could give me the name of it, i'd appreciate it.

I have it on the pc, full cd version. Bought it from ebgames for .99 and is pretty good. I remember i use to play the genesis version like everyday. I think sega should make a part II, but thats like asking, they should make a streets of rage 4, nights 2, burning rangers 2, and the list continues.

I luv sega, but they need to get with it.
