Anyone see Eminem's new video?

CAGiversary!
Sorry Guys I wish I had a link to but at least I can describe it. The new video/song is called "Mosh" and well let's just say any doubts that I had on Em's rhyming ability have gone away. After that "Just Lose It" fiasco which I didn't think was up to his ability/at all good this finally rest my fears. The boy's still got it. He can definently rile someone up especially the video. The video looks like it was made by the same people that did Chronic Future's last video "Time and Time Again". SOme pretty cool stuff, I definently like the artwork. Also, I believe you can actually see some cameos from their video in it.

Edit: Thanks deadzone for the link.

Here it is again

Edit Again: Thanks deadzone for the correction. Hope it's good now.

Edit for the third time:
I hope that E-Z-B won't mind if I borrow the links he had.

Hell yeah he is. But the song was amazing, as was the video. I really liked the artwork. INFINITELY better then Just Lose It. I never had a doubt in my mind, and I like how he referenced some of the lyrics in white america into this, since it went along with the theme.

EDIT: Ahh hiccup, you might want to delete that period in the link. But yeah, it's right on the front page, so I don't feel like directly linking to it.
He is going to get some bad press for the video, But bad press is good press for him.
Yeah, bad news is good news for Eminem. The press never seem to get that in their heads when they try to say he is too vulgar which makes people go get his CDs to see how vulgar he is. It's just like the GTA games, the more they are protested the more they sell.

He's going to et alot of bad press. I too loved the artwork in this one, if you haven't seen or heard of Chronic Future's last song/video for "Time and Time Again" you should check it out. I'm almost 100%certain that the guys that did that video did this one. they are very similiar for their condeming the war. I thought that video wuold have gotten a lot of bad press but sadly it stayed under the radar. Thay're a really good band too boot.

I've definitely heard of Chronic Future, I love them. They're great, Time and time again is one of my favorite songs (along with shellshock). I haven't seen the video though, I'll be sure to check that out. Thanks though. And yeah, they are sort of an underground band, I doubt they will stay that way for too long though.
Another thread about this, from yesterday:

Oooops...I hadn't seen that one and didn't think of making a search for this since I thought it was fairly new. Like Dok Diamond said, I just saw it today a little earlier on MTV, when they play music videos. Besides, this has turned out to be an entertaining discussion, don't you think?

Yeah don't worry hiccup, I'm with you. I don't like rap in general but for Eminem I make an exception. :)

Good point.

Actually, Eminem's Square Dance (no video that I know of) had anti-Bush and anti-war lyrics whenever that album came out, years ago.

Cool, thanks and I got your back. Yaeh I really don't like to much rap but Eminem i can stand and he truly is an amazing lyricist. I can't stand all of that cruuuunnnnnnnnkkkkkk garbage.

Yaeh and he's got that whole Dick Cheney and FCC thing as well. i remember he made fun of Cheney in his "Without Me" video a couple of years ago.

I completely agree, I think he's incredible. I can't stand any of that rap/hip-hop (or cruuuuuunnkk ) shit, Eminem, (D12 but mostly only because Eminem's in it) and maybe some Tupac but that's basically it.

EDIT: Well, Em's made a whole lot of references to the president in a whole lot of his songs. White America had some, Square Dance had some, Without me, We as americans (pretty new track, but it got him a lot of controversy for saying "I'd rather see the president dead"), etc etc. But this is the first one completely against it that I've seen, with only we as americans and white america trailing behind.

I go with old school LL Cool J, some Notorious B.I.G>, Tupac, Eminem and D12( like you said Eminem), Dr. Dre, most Snoop, and anything Jay-Z. I like alot of the old school rap when it was still pure from all this crrruuuuunkkkkk and bitches and hoes shit and every rapper emulating every other rapper. I like the stuff from back in the day like Run DMC, KRS-One, some others that aren't coming to me as of this moment.
Old-school rap was good, but the new stuff is 99% shit. If you've ever heard "Lean back", you know what I'm talking about. :puke:
sure its bullshit, but......

_>

its got a good beat  8)

almost all rap that gets radio play sucks.

rap i like is jurassic 5, tribe, nwa, run dmc, stuff along those lines

tupac sucks.. b.i.g. sucks if they hadnt gotten shot i doubt anyone would care about them

I'm stunned. That video was just phenomenal. I've never been a big fan of Eminem, but that just skyrocketed my respect for me. Definitely one of the best videos I have ever seen.

actually, "the eminem show" was released in the year 2002 and eminem ranted on about bush way before his last year (hopefully) in office

example: http://www.ohhla.com/anonymous/eminem/the_show/square.mnm.txt

those lyrics may not be 100% accurate to the song (due to them being fan-submitted lyrics), but you get the point

edit: i didnt see that deadzone already touched on this....thanks :p

I think this is the worst thing I've ever heard out of Em ... but it's something he's been behind for a while now so it's not like he's jumping on the bandwagon.

I listen to all kinds of music (except country), Eminem is far from the only good lyricist out there. Especially while Kweli and Mos Def are still around.

All this talk about anti-bush from eminem
If youll listened to everything he produced, even the stuff not released on a cd or that got banned since he said "id rather see the president dead" in one of his songs called We As Americans. Yeah this song got banned right away

This is the part of the program where I'm supposed to say "Blackstar", "Common Sense", and "The Roots". :)

Man, You may not like Biggie or Pac but they did have skills and they were the top rappers in the mid 90's. You have no idea what you're talking about (IMO) but I'm gonna respect your opinion.

It's true alot of the new pop rap is bad all you gotta do is to your ear to the ground and check out mixtapes and such. Big name rappers still make them the whole Jay-Z/Nas battle started out on mixtapes.

Pac was alright, but BIG sucked hard. Also, Nas is 10x the lyricist Jay ever hoped to be.

That's your opinion. Pac got the world's attention but he contradicted himself all the damn time but that's why some people love him. Biggie told stories through his raps a first back then but damn was that mofo ugly I don't know how he got Faith. They both have they're +'s and -'s I prefer Pac but I respect Biggie also.

^^^^ Ya know I used to agree with this until I heard the Grey Album and that made me like Jay-z a lot more. Plus Dangermouse is the fuckin man.

As far as Em's new song, I like the content, but the beat doesn't really do it for me.

Ummm......No offense taken at all but just to let you know, that was for his last video entitled 'Just Lose It" this is thread is for the new recently released video for "Mosh" . Totally different things as you can see. I was even a part of that thread as I made many notable qoutes and posts.
