Anyway to erase all the information from my wii?

Sadly I'm going to need to sell my wii because of some financial issues (please don't ask). I haven't bought any VC games, so thats not a problem. I would like to get get rid of all my network setting and original setup information (nickname and such) so the person who ends up buying it doesn't have any of my info or need to mess with it. I figure there has to be a universal reset or something I can do before selling it off. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I do believe it's in your manual. Something like "Reformat System Memory' or 'Cause Catastrophic Earthquake', or something like that. It's a menu choice in the Wii system menu.

there's actually a real easy way to do it:

1. Hold it upside down
2. shake it real good
