hahaha every gamer i talk to at my arcade wants that but they end up with some gothic chick that likes to play hardcore ddr but thats most of the kids there..oh well by the way i have only seen 3 hot girls play ddr ever in my life time and i used to play it religously.[/quote]
Veering slightly off-topic, I'm not gothic and play DDR. One of the few, as I have yet to see a large group of non-gothic people playing.
My local newspaper actually recently interviewed *goth* kids playing DDR (because they hang out in HORDES), and then ran an article about this "new" DDR craze (I laughed at "new"), and how these "pasty" teens are dancing all over the dance pad as if they're in a, well basically stoned, daze. Stuff like that. I wish I could find the article. And they didn't even try to make the game itself look positive (which it is: a helluva lot of fun). They just concentrated on the "walking dead" kids. Talked about their clothes, their attitudes, quoted a few. It was really terrible. It made the game look bad because they were negatively describing the "strange" type of teens that played it.
*This is what the paper ran, I'm not trying to offend any gothic folk here.
