well i haven't played it, but most people think Viewtiful Joe is excellent. It should be less than 20 bucks most places now

I personally loved Okage and V-Joe, and Hot Shots 4 was good, but not as good as the original. TMBlack is good, if you like car combat (though Vigilante 8 is still my favorite, by far), and Tsugunai: Atonement is also great, if it's your kind of game. The only one that I personally didn't really care for was Twisted Metal 2, but if you really like car combat, then you'll probably like it.

If you're getting good deals on 'em, go for it, especially V-Joe and Okage.

definitely get these 4

TM series is my favorite game series of all time...great, great games...dont get tm 3, 4 or small brawl though...only tm 1, 2, black, and head-on are the good ones

Tm 2 and tm black are the best ones of all of them though

ok it seems that no one here realizes the awesomeness that is Tsugunai so here goes:

its the quantam leap of RPG's youre a soul seperated from your body, to return to your body you must posess other people in this town and help make them happier. this game was made by cattle call who also developed arc the lad: tots, the graphics are VERY similar but the battle system (the true gem of this game) couldnt be more different, its traditional turn based battle, but with a twist, you have to defend yourself or youre gunna die fast (novel idea, eh?) to do this you have to press one of a number of defense buttons when an attacker is comming at you, this may do as much as prevent all damage and give you a counter attack. (i dunno about anyone else but it does bug me in games when im just sitting there watching the computer pound on my guys and im totally helpless.) Anyways buy this game, its not very expensive and its a really nice change of pace from the typcial "save the world" rpg.

Tsugunai: Atonement (you can find this game at Amazon.com for $25)
Okage: The Shadow King ($15-$20 New)
Twisted Metal 2 (PS1) .............really really old title
Twisted Metal Black.................Recommanded for newest version
Viewtiful Joe---------------------- Excellent game ($10 - $20 for new)
Hot Shots Golf Fore................. $15 - $20 cuz newest version will hit store next week ;)

I bought Okage: Shadow King (PO-8.99), Tsugunai Atonement (PO-7.99), Twisted Metal Black (PO-5.99) and Hot Shots Golf Fore (19.99 but Free once I recieve the rebate)

Okage is worth about $10. It has a nice visual style and a great sense of humor. However, the game mechanics are simple and gets repetitive quickly. Still, I'm glad I bought it. I should warn you that the game comes on a blue bottom disc in case your PS2 has problems with those.

Viewtiful Joe is a great 2-D fighter/puzzle game. It is definitely worth the $20 bucks I paid for it. It has a style and 'feel' all its own. The sequel I didn't enjoy as much. The puzzles were so vacuous and arkward it was pissing me off. Then they go and dumb down the boss battles. :(

I haven't played the other games so I can't comment on them. I'll just add I use to watch a friend play Twisted Metal on PS1 and I got pretty sick of hearing that one Rob Zombie song. Is he in the sequels too?

I'm gonna look into Tsugunai now too. I've never heard of this game before.

Twisted Metal Black - If you are getting this make sure you are getting it with the online version.

I'd recomend Okage if you like RPG's and Humor. This is one of the funniest games I've ever played it really doesn't take its self too serious and it has a great sense of humor. That being said the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired it's a very small game and very simplistic it's also very short. it is cheap though and I think for the price it's worth a play, just don't go in expecting an epic RPG.

Congrats. I'm sure you'll enjoy all of those. :)

Hot Shots Golf 4, Viewtiful Joe, and Twisted Metal Black are all worth purchasing.

Yes on Okage, its very cheap everywhere, very comical and an overall decent game. Should keep you occupied for about a week or two depending on how often you play.

Tsugunai: Atonement YES
Okage: The Shadow King YES
Twisted Metal 2 (PS1) YES
Twisted Metal Black YES
Viewtiful Joe MAYBE
Hot Shots Golf Fore NO

Out of what I've played:

Viewtiful Joe - Definitely worth a purchase. One of the gems of this generation.
Twisted Metal Black - Fun car combat game, but the single player mode is on the difficult side. Multiplayer is a blast.
