You don't have to find an avatar site, really. I just did a Google image for a pic I wanted, resized it, and then uploaded it.

Yeah, I pretty much third this. It's got everything, and look for medium or small pics so you don't have to scale down the large ones so much cuz they'll be barely viewable.

You could also make your own. Find an image you like and modify it, take a picture, draw something, etc.

i used google, typed in rude boy, its a ska term, got some pics then resized em, the custom rank can from cheapyd, with it i guess came my loss of like 400 posts.
