Atari fans....check this out

but only 15 games:whistle2:([/quote]

Umm...it says 20 games twice on the page.

Oh, I see the confusion. There is a part that requires you to figure out that 15 + 5 = 20. Math and advertisements don't mix.

lol, yea i was like, where did he get 15 from....but i guess he just saw the first 15 and forgot the bottom 5...

Yeah, that price is absurd. I seen a long discussion on another board on the same topic. They could sell it for $20 and make a profit.

Yeah, I'll be all over the Anthology. Just got a 2600 this weekend but I've got nowhere else to plug in another console.

This is a 7800 clone with built in games. only 5 are 7800 games the other 15 are 2600 games. It cant take cartridges either. At $50 they might as well have assured it for failure.

Pick it up on clearance after Christmas.

I still have my Atari--I actually plugged it in about a month ago to play some Enduro. It still works.

Not that anybody gives a shit. I just arbitrarily post stuff when I'm tired.

Play 20 retro Atari games on this all-in-one game console that includes two Atari 7800 inspired joysticks

7800 inspired joysticks ? This is NOT a good thing, people.

And for 50 bucks it should have the ENTIRE atari 2600 library

The entire library? That's stretching it I'd say, but you're right that it should really have a lot more than 20 games.

I don't think $50 is bad if it is well made . . . the thing that sucks is having only 20 games :(

Or what would really be cool is if it had a cartridge slot . . . there are many more carts out there than systems . . .

The Atari Anthnology also looks very cool . . . combining arcade games with 2600 games . . . nifty! I sooooo loved Lunar Lander!

aanybody get this thing yet and care to write a review? I'm suspect of the controllers because they're based on the original 7800's. They sucked.

Enduro was awesome. The night stages and especially the fog stages were really hard. I loved that game as a kid.
