Exactly...creating the false document is the basic premise of the fraud. It doesn't matter what you said to him it was price fraud right when you tried to make that into a official CC document.
 
Sounds shady to me. But if you can live with it I guess it's all good on your end.

As for your selections, they're good I guess. I've heard Beyond Good and Evil is real good and so is Ico.

Doesn't Best Buy require you to fill out a special form when you price match? I know my BB does. I have to fill my address out, name and everything. Hope that you gave false info on that too if you did...
