Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya is such a kickass track (GHIII). I love it. That, Knights of Cydonia, and Barracude are the best parts of GHIII.

And the ridiculous hammer-ons/pull-offs in the battle tracks.

fuck I'm stuck with this decision every Saturday. I have to wake up at 6:30 on sunday, but I want to stay up till 12:30 to catch the new SNL. It is the season finale with Steve Carrell, probably worth staying up to watch.

The guitar part for Shockwave by Black Tide on Rockband looks awesome! I'm going to download that and Sugar Magnolia right now while they are 80 MS Points.

I failed 87% through Shockwave. Stupid GHIII Les Paul activated starpower on it's own right before the second solo. :bomb:

Sugar Magnolia was good though...Damn both songs are awesome! :D
 
I was saving my microsoft points to see what good came out this week, but since they dropped this Euro crap on us think I'm gonna have to download Kool thing, I have guitar hero III, but damn I love that song.

The aforementioned store where :gc: Zelda was purchased. This place is ridiculous - it's where games go to die. I apologize for the shitty cell phone pictures, but I thought 60 copies of Project Gotham 3 and Live Unplugged were too good to not take a picture of.

It's called Ultimate Discounts in Fullerton. They're one of those "freight surplus" stores that sells everything and anything (mostly bought in bulk when stores clearance things). A lot of their games are open box - kinda sketchy, but when everything is $24.99 or under, I don't seem to mind (last gen are usually $9.99, 360, Wii, and PS3 vary depending on some weird random system - PGR3 was marked $9.99, $12.99, and $17.99 with no rhyme or reason). They get systems as well (Elite 360 for $349, Pro Forza/MUA for $300). They've got one case (the one with Halo 3 and Gears) that houses more of their "newer" stuff - a couple of Army Of Two's, an Orange Box, a DMC4, etc.

It's total pawn shop/flea market mentality. It's not often I feel like the coolest guy in the store, but with the cast of characters there, it's hard not to.
