Gantz (before they derailed the manga)
Kekkaishi (just started the anime and it feels right so far)

I wanted to throw my 2 cents in on the Eva debate by saying that I consider the final two episodes and the movies to be a definitive ending together. I mean if you have read about the original ideas that Anno had and the cencership they were dealing with, you probably would think they should be considered together as the finale. Of course then again they are pushing a remake of the remake out. Maybe that remake will be the definitive ending.

You should check out the live action movies. Its low budget but the girl they have playing the part is fucking HOT
