So my BBY did not have the Tomb Raider pop-up cover but my online order still has it listed as ready to pickup.  The other 2 items (game and DLC) are listed as picked up.  I changed the pop-up cover to shipping but that now says backordered.  Is it going to screw up my RZ cert if I cancel the cover? Should I just leave it alone for now and will the RZ cert still post if the entire order is not fulfilled or does the game itself only matter?

 
for those of you who have preordered in the past, how long does it take to recieve the 500 points? like how many days from the time the game ships? thanks

It's part of your order, and even tell them it's a reason you preordered the game ;D

 
Still waiting on points for AssCreed, Tomb Raider, Fallout, and Halo. Also waiting for a $20 gift card from the Visa Checkout promo that is actually valid. Hoping it all shows up by BF...

My store got covers on Tuesday and even more on Thursday. Go tell them to look for it in the back.

 
Everyone is waiting for their $10 for preorders and I'm still waiting on my XBox One Pip Boy to even arrive.  Looks like either BB or UPS has screwed up my shipping as it has not updated since it supposedly shipped on Monday.

So it worked.. Amazon had it cheaper than BB w/GCU so I ordered it and redeemed code today. Sure enough, unlocked full digital jordan edition.

Also sold my old physical copy that I already had on CL for $40.. now I can sell this jordan physical copy.

Wasnt this edition supposed to have like extra VC or something. I remember prior to release I was considering it but thought it would be a bigger package. Wasnt expecting all the extras to be in a standard game case.. kinda dissapointing.

My Pip-Boy changed to bonus points pending, now to email them about Halo. I knew they would mess it up with the pickup issues.
 
My points posted today for BO III. I still have SW:BF and RB6 coming so hopefully I get all those points in time for some Decemeber deals. If not I might save them for next year, maybe Uncharted 4.

 
Can't remember the last time I pre-ordered a game from BB but this $10 certificate from Tomb Raider is taking a bit longer than I thought it would. As long as it comes before BF though.

 
I have a question ugly tomb raider for In store pick up and picked it up, 2 days later I get an email saying that I didn't pick up my order so I check my pick up confirmation and they just mention that stupid slip cover...... I don't feel like wasting 20-30 minutes on the phone or driving but will this come back to bite me ?
 
I just got mine for Fallout 4. After my 10$ from Battlefront I'm going to pick up a 20th anniversary dualshock 4

From my experience with Guitar Hero Live and its microphone, yes. It might reset TR to its non-GCU price and they'll charge you for the difference.

Game just came out Tuesday.. my experience it has taken the full 15 days to get my points on all my pre orders.

 
I got my Black Ops points this past Thursday and I had that preordered since May. Never showed as pending, since my points for the transaction itself has already posted prior. It just showed up.

On the flip side I pre-ordered Fallout 4 only a few days prior, and I had TR pre-ordered since July but I haven't got my points (the bonus points) yet. Although I did the same for Mad Max and I got the points days later so it is definitely taking longer than usual

It is. It usually posted within 48 hours if you've had it preordered longer than the return window.

 
if you aren't a huge star wars fan boi battlefront is a pretty meh game.  I've been playing on EA access and I absolutely love star wars and even then after 30-45 mins I want to play something else.

I'm still buying it cuz it'll be $38+tax and I can play for 2-3 weeks and trade it in for about that much, but I'm not keeping it around that much longer.  esp since it'll probably show up on EA Access as free in six months, and in a year the PC version with all DLCs will be $20

 
I ordered the pip boys quite some time ago and neither shows the 500 bonus pending (I know it shoud only be on one of the two). Will it still show up under the original order or will it be a separate line item with the ship date?

In my experience, it seems to be which ever is the latest order the points will apply to. Fear not though, if you do return, it'll only subtract the points for the game itself and not the bonus points.

Whenever I preorder a LONG way out...they NEVER show. Apparently they add them to certain stuff.

I emailed them asking where my H5 points were. They said they applied them to some stupid ass bonus thing from way back when I preordered it or something.....

I did however get the $10, but it still doesn't show where on the history.

 
I got my Fallout Pip Boy bonus points this morning, but not everyone gets these things at the same time.  Give it some time (could take up to 3 weeks according to them).  For what its worth I preordered right when it became available.

Mine showed up on the item. It had nothing, then a few days ago it suddenly changed to pending, then gave them the next day.
 
i got my points from fallout today as well. i think we can pretty much determine that if you havent got your points yet, best buy hates you.
