people are having terrible experiences because Best Buy is terrible.

the ad says Sunday, some places have them out, some places don't, some places already have the tags out like they should, but won't sell you the movies lol.

None of this surprises me though.

Yeah, even coming back on Tuesday I had a terrible time. Secretary wasn't in the new releases or sorted alphabetically with the other Blu-Rays. It took a BestBuy employee 30 minutes to find it for me. And when they finally did, I wanted to use my $10 Reward Zone certificate, so I had to add an item to the order since the movie is only $9.99 before tax. Ugh.
