Put up another vote for the old format. I like to see what certain things are where. This one is too busy, and seems much harder to put together. Stick to the old way.

Anyone have a scan of the ad? I'm interested in finding out what kind of GBASP case the CC MvDK comes with. It's the swing vote whether I spend $25 at CC or grab a GGC and get it for $20 at BB.

old format....as for the guy looking for the 120 hd, frys has a maxtor 120 hd for 69.99 with no rebate...if you can get the ad, try pm at bb

Are there deals going on for wireless routers and wireless cards at Best Buy? Or any others for that matter...

I like the new format. Oh baby can't wait for Mario Golf. After GGC it's an excellent price for what will hopefully be an excellent sequel :)

I like the old format better, easier for me to read since not all the stores you supply are in my area.

Alright, Vice city, been wanting to pick that up for awhile now and lost skeleton of cadavera.

Can you post any offers for LCD or DLP TVs? Or if there is any generic 10% off-type sale on tvs?

Nothing for me this week, as I already have the Sonic Mega Collection. Many thanks though trust.

And the format, do it however you please. You're doing us the favor. People will just have to get over that and accept it. :)

I like the new format....but I can't say I had that much of a problem with the old one, either.

Is Mario Golf going to be worth the $20 (I have the GBC version....the new one doesn't look all that different, IMO)?

Can anyone confirm the Hobbit for $5? I didn't get a CompUSA ad this week and the Web site still shows
$20, although they might be slow to update.

I'll check at the store myself today, too, probably.

im not sure if you or anyone else on here knows this or not...but it really pisses me off when people have to second guess what i post as the weekly deals....i have the ads right in front of me when im posting them and my eyes are of 20/20 vision...not to mention, you act like its impossible for the hobbit to be $5...this game was $20 almost a week after launch...i could see if i posted that psi ops or riddick is $5, then you can think about second guessing my post...still...dont do it...thanks

Didn't mean to cheese you off, I just didn't want to waste a trip over there if this ad didn't take effect until next week or something. Just that early this morning the website said 'no weekly ads' when I clicked that link and the game still showed as $20. Nobody is perfect and I was just wondering if somebody else actually got the ad in their paper and could confirm.

But when I went to the store they had a stack of the ads there. Don't know why I didn't get a CompUSA ad in the paper, seems like they aren't included from time to time for some reason. Game actually rang up at $20, but I showed the guy the ad and he adjusted it down to $5. So if you head over keep in mind you might have to show them the ad.

Their site still says there are no in-store specials this week when you click on the link. Pretty poor. (I was just there and there are quite a few sales going on.)

wubb...its ok...but just to let you know, i am perfect
FYI the DVD of Lost Skeleton of Cadavera is $15.99 at Best Buy, not $16.99, according to my ad at least.
fyi, its $16.99 in my ad, i just rechecked (forgetting that i was perfect)...and its $16.99
Does anyone know if The Hobbit is even worth $5? i.e. I wouldn't spend $5 for TR:AoD!
I bought it, brought it back to walmart without a receipt and got 21.21 in credit, went and got dungeons and dragons heroes for xbox...

Dungeons for 4.99...that's a good deal.

Is there anyway someone can scan the CompUSA ad for me? I order on-line for store pick-up, but the idiots sold my copy.

My paper doesn't have the ad, either.

Reno 911 is listed on Outpost.com as 14.99, but shipping kills the deal. However, Fry's Electronics usually has similar prices, so I wouldn't be surprised if it'll be advertised at the same price when it comes out...

Plus there's always deepdiscountdvd...

Are you talking about in-store? Because...

yeah.
im talking about the ads...which is always at least in store...but sometimes both

it seems like some of you people just live to irritate those that feed you

I'm getting Donnie Darko this week, and everybody else should get High Fidelity. It's a great movie at a great price (I'm tempted to get another copy because my brother left my copy in Seattle at his apartment (along with my Season 3 of Simpsons))...

I went to CompUSA and they had the Hobbit (xbx) but it scans $20 will not honor $5 because they have no knowledge of the sale. When I asked them for the weekly ad they said they never got one for this week. I asked how come but the girl I talked to had no idea why they didn't get the ad. This sounds a bit suspect. Not even their website has the weekly ad. I have no proof that the game is on sale. I think maybe they fouled up something (like Hobbit $5) and decided to pull off the ads. If anyone has any information that can help me nail that sucker for $5 will be greatly appreciated

I had the same problem. Two Comp USA stores near me have no ad. I called corporate, and they don't have an ad for this week either.

Until I see a scan, I can't beleive this deal.

"Trustcompany" I dont want you to think that we are questioning the fact that you posses a copy of the CompUsa ad but we are trying to find out why corporate denies having an ad for the week?

If anyone knows please share your findings with the rest of us. Thanks!!!

It was definately in the ad I recieved, and when I went to go pick it up there was a gentleman who was placing a sign by the game that said "As Advertised - The Hobbit Xbox 4.99". So perhaps this deal is regional?
maybe its regional...i live near baltimore md...someone send me a dollar for my time and ill send them the ad ;o)
I am in NYC so that might explain everything. Thanks guys for your help!!! :( :( (no Hobbit for me) :( :(

consider yourself lucky the hobbit is a drag of a game and it's long, about 2 hours to long, there's no payoff for all the treasure hunting you do in the earlier levels as you can do it all at the very last stage and get along just fine.

Sorry bud, but don't try to disrepect me. I don't know what kind of fake ad you have child, but I have my ad from my newspaper which I can scan, and it's $17.99.
