If you haven't visited a BEst Buy lately they've issued a new collaboration with GamePro. This is title 'Top Games of 2004!' and consists mainly of E3 coverage. Inside are several $5 off coupons for the following items:

Driv3r for PS2 & XBOX
Spider-man 2 for Xbox, PS2, and GameCube
Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay for Xbox
Full Spectrum Warrior for Xbox
Onimusha 3 for PS2
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords for GameCube
Final Fantasy crystal Chronicles for GameCube
Super Smash Bros. Melee for GameCube
WaveBird controller for GameCube
Intec accessories for all systems
Any Logitech wireless controller
Playstation 2 AirFlo Wireless Controller
Xbox Live Starter Kit or any Xbox Live game

Now, the important thing to keep in mind here is that these coupons are all good up through November 6 of 2004. The catalogs will be long gone by them so get several now and put them in a convenient place. My own plan is to cut all of the coupons out and put them in a n envelope in my car's glove compartment. That way I can always have them ready when I go to Best Buy.

$5 may not seem like much of a discount on most of these items today but by late October there should be at least one major price drop on all of them except hardware.

GGC is not reliably available at many BB locations.
These coupons are also not subject to any minimum price as is often the case with other BB discounts. If they have another crazed blowout and knock one of these titles down to $10 or less you can still knock off an additional $5.

Probably not a big chance they will go below $20, but there is quite a good chance some of them will reach $20. BB and Gamepro had a similar mag last year and I was able to get I-ninja for $15.

If it is anything like last times mag it is a free thin mag which has brief features about several upcoming games and is mostly likely in a holder near the gaming section.
Does it cost anything to buy this or is this in the magazine?
They are free to the taking. So be greedy and snatch a couple!!!
I'm sorry if this sounds newbie-ish, but could you combine these coupons and the GGC for a total of $10 off?
Thats what I was wondering too.

99 times out of 99, no. If you get extremely lucky with a clerk who doesn't know any better, or wants to sleep with you, then maybe, but no.
I've actually had a clerk that tried, but couldn't get the second coupon to be accepted at the register.
I've had a clerk at customer service get confused and use 3 GGC at the same time. On top of my $10 in reward zone money I got Counter-Strike for XBOX at $5 and change.

They also had it available as a PDF last time on the web site but the coupons printed like garbage. So you might not need to clean the store out.

EB had Counter Strike new for Xbox today for $10 anyway... gone now but apparently they restock it fairly often.

I'll pick this up once I head out to CompUSA for the Halo 2 deal. It's right accross the street...or, I should say parking lot.

Same here. Of course, there are always a ton of people here who swear they double dip all the time with no problem.....

I think these coupons are really good to hang onto, even though you can pretty much use the GGC.... there's always the possibility of having another store accept a competitor's coupon, isn't there?
whats it matter, if you know better you ALWAYS have a 5 dollar discount at best buy. (GGC)
Yeah my local BB seems to have gotten wise to the GGC game. They told me that my coupon was expired, but luckily the kid who sold me the card, told them that he had just sold it to me and so they decided to honor it anyway.

Some of the GGC coupons ARE expired. My Best Buy has a couple stacks of both the old coupons and the new ones.
