I ended up getting the perks thing after realizing that. Ended up just getting a 1600 points card after throwing a 99 cent item in my cart with it. Ended up being about 13 shipped for a 1600 points card, which isn't amazing, but still something. It sucks that the item needs to be $20 and over, no $19.99 items qualify.

I had the 720 pros and they were uncomfortable as hell, made popping noises and all other kinds of weird crap. I took them back and went with Turtle Beach. Only other headset I would buy would be Astro's, but they are way out of my range.

I'd have to disagree, i have the Tritton 720s and have been using them for around a year. Also though, comfort depends on the size and shape of each persons head and i guess ear size too. but durability wise, my Trittons are great and comfortable to me. so i would vouch for Trittons but i do love Turtle Beach headsets also.


on-topic: if you buy them and don't like them or they are uncomfortable you could always just return them. best buy's return policy is decent.

I have to agree with you on Trittons over TBs, I have a pair of the Black Ops Edition Trittons and love them and they have been a lot better than the TBs I had before and during my use of Trittons.

I do really want to buy a pair of these just to use for PC since I sold my TBs to a friend a month or 2 back.

This is very true. I had them ship to store a sound card for my computer recently. After using it I didn't like it, but thankfully they accepted my return no problem. Not even sure if they checked to see if it was in the box...which is a scary thought.

I bought these from BB back in December for $30. Within 15 seconds of taking them out of the box, I had already broken off one of the ear cups. It doesn't matter how careful you are, these things are VERY cheaply made. Not even worth $20 IMO.

I got the CoD Black Ops controller earlier today, I've been playing for a few hours and I don't like it. It feels bulky in my hands, the R1/L1 buttons are hard to press, the combat buttons on the back feel awkward and the placement sometimes makes me press it when I really don't want to, the rubberized surface can make it slippery if your hands are sweaty which mine usually after playing for more than 30 minutes (one disadvantage of living in the desert). I did like the red LEDs and triggers felt great but overall not a good controller.
