sorry to hear that. I bought one for the xbox 360. I actually just bought it because I wanted a wired controller and it was $10. I'm really liking it overall though. Played a few hours of homefront today and thought the controller was great. I didn't really use the combat buttons though. Don't know if I will either.

I actually like the COD Controller (360), while the navigational button feels a bit funny everything else seems fine for me.

Although I'm not a serious FPS gamer though. I'll also probably never use the combat action button.

Kudos on the long cord since I tend to sit far back from my console.

I got my controller in today as well, but I don't seem to have any problems with accidental button presses on the back nor the grips affecting me. I do, however, agree with the bumpers being really weird to press. I also think that the D-pad is worse than the official MS controller dpad (Is that even possible?!). So all in all, it's not the best controller in the world. I'm just paranoid it's gonna break on me like all the people in the reviews.

fyi when i did a google of the game, i saw some controversy about a bunch of the characters that are supposedly censored so any mmo players may want to take that into consideration. i wasn't going to make the purchase anyway but that's just because i don't play mmos.

Got my BLOPS controller today too. (PS3) I like it because of the grips, (I guess I can see how that might get annoying if you have sweaty palms), the LED lights, the more resistant analog sticks (I always found the ones in the Sony DS3 a bit loose), and the overall larger size compared to an official DS3. My only gripes is stupid placing of Select and Start (Above and under the home button ) and the soft, finnicky trigger. Pretty happy for $10

As for the changing of panties to shorts on the Elin, it's kind of funny if you look at it from either perspective. From the perspective of the publisher, what's the big deal gamers? Do you really think you need to add shorts so that pedophiles won't play your game? You do realize the new character models are still little girls with short shorts and skin tight clothing, right?

Like crap lol. It was my first MMO but it felt more like a single player game. Every once in a while, I would see another player who would run right past me and disappear in the distance. so have tried some of the TERA trial last night. they start you off at level 20 so you get a quick feel of what higher level gameplay is like. good way to introduce the game. then they put in the start zone, which i played during beta.

game runs slightly better than in beta, and looks fricking gorgeus. thinking about picking it up.

I just received my AX120s a bit ago. I was almost afraid to take them out of the box because of some of the review I had read. But they look like they might hold up ok. Hooked them up, and I'm no audiophile, but they sound pretty good to me. Worth the $20 if they don't break down quickly.

TERA is super fun; been playing it since launch and recently picked up a year subscription. It's not for everyone so I suggest playing the trial they just put out. It's a shame the DotD doesn't include the Collector's Edition. The CE comes with some pretty decent gear that helps you out every 5 levels and includes a lion mount that is faster than all of the standard ones.

Damn you, Best Buy. I was trying to keep my last $30-ish in credit in case another $5-10 coupon deal came up, but I was mildly interested in Inversion before release. So for $20 I may have to bite.

Although from the gameplay videos I've seen it reminds me a LOT of Bulletstorm and while I honestly tried to like that game when I had it a couple of times I just could not finish it.
