What you are forgetting is that Best Buy contracts out a third party to monitor all returns and exchanges. Activity like this will set off red flags and at some point you will be told flat out that you will not longer be able to return items at best buy; Hopefully after you buy a really expensive yet defective item.

Again, just going to point out that if you buy someone for store pick up, pick it up and then go to return it you will not be able to do so. You have to wait 24 hours before you can return a store-pick up order. Meaning that by the time you go to do the return/rebuy, the price of the game will be back up to $39.99 and you'll fail to get what you want anyway.
