UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS:
1) Games are YELLOW TAGGED with %OFF, ring at regular price, and have to be overridden by a manager at the register.
2) This is STORE-BY-STORE, and BIG YMMV, it is not regional as many BB have similar clearance.
3) I added gmes purchased RECENTLY at DIFFERENT BB stores to my list.
4) Calling will NOT get you anywhere. It's NOT a nationwide sale, it is indvidual store clearance of stale products.
5) ASK AN ASSOCIATE/MANAGER where the clearance games are, OR look around OR or try a different BB. It's not always obvious.
6) New titles may be added monthly to ongoing clearance bins in your store.
7) Titles/prices are representative of what others have found, NOT what you will find.
8) ANY Collector's Editions typically go 50% off in a few months, making them cheaper than the 'plain' version (so much for added value)
9) LOOK FOR BINS BY THE REGISTERS, but they could be anywhere in the store, usually separate from the regular games.
10) GOOD games typically have only 1-3 copies in the bin and likely sold out before you got there (i.e. VF5, Jean De Arc, Rock Band).
11) Typically 50 or more titles in bins, most of it crap, but very few sports games! (at least in Mission Viejo, CA)
12) YOUR STORE MAY NOT DISCOUNT AT ALL, MAY NOT DISCOUNT ANY GAMES IN THIS LIST, OR MAY ONLY DISCOUNT 10%!
13) STOP THREAD CRAPPING! STOP TRADING! If your BB sucks I am sorry for you, BB generally suck. Try to become the Media manager.
14) ADD your local store finds to this thread to keep it going.

BB clearance prices 10%-75%, but typically 50% off games for ALL current systems.
YMMV WILDLY, GOOD LUCK HUNTING!
It's worth looking if you are there anyway, but don't go out of your way to get there.
All regular edition clearance games sell between $5 and $30:

:psp:
Jean De Arc $15
PSP Pappa The Rapapper - $10
Gurumin PSP $9.99

:ps2:
Rock Band (game only) $30
Boogie w/mic (EA Karaoke) PS2 $10
Nobunaga's Ambition: Rise To Power for PS2 at $27
Hot Wheels Beat That PS2 $15
Petz: Horsez OR Catz PS2 $15
Cabela's (one with Deer on cover)
The Galleria BB in Houston, TX had some of those titles 50% a few weeks back, I'm going to go to the West Oaks location tonight and I'll post anything they have left or just take a pic.
West Oaks didn't have shit. I'm going to check out the Galleria location at lunch.

I picked up the following 360 titles from my local Best Buy for $5. Yes $5. They had a few others, which I will list after the ones that I bought, which I didn't pick up:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Spiderman 3
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Vampire Rain
NHL 2K7 (I got the last one of these)
Call of Jaurez
Superman Returns (Last one of these I think)

Others I didn't buy:

Shadowrun ( I almost bought this, but since I owned it beofre and it is fun, I have COD4, so I'll never end up playing it much)
Final Fantasy X1 (the expansion)
Pirates of the Caribbean (the one for movie 3)
NCAA 2K7 (college basketball)
NCAA March Madness 2007
All-Pro Football 2008
Def Jam Icon

there might have been a couple more, but I can't remember them.

All were $5, and were in crates by the checkout registers. all had to be over-rided by a manager. there was also a crate of PS3 games for $5, and a crate of PSP games for $5. I didn't check to see what games as I don't own either system.

Btw, this is for the Mundalein, IL store.

if u can find a copy of naruto or shadowrun cheap pls report back so i can tell my local store to pm

Went to local BB and it was lame. They had Grimgrimore for $33.XX, original price was $39.99. No 360 or PS3 games at all. LAME! Waste of money and gas! Ah, YMMV, I love you!

So I passed by my Best Buy looking to snag a copy of FFXI for the 360. (Phoenix, Arizona 99th Ave & Mcdowell)
Which they had quite a few copies of in the bin. Also, it's not just the original FFXI, it also includes all of the expansions.

It seemed all of the games in the bin were 30% off, not 50%. Also it had to be overrided by a manager.

I saw one copy of Jericho for the PS3 in there, didn't snag it mainly because I have it for the 360.

But alas, I did see many copies of Jericho for the 360
A couple PSP games
Quite a few DS games
PS2 & 360 games

I have a horrid photographic memory so I can't remember many of the titles.

Dante - I found the last copy of Grim Grimore at my BB last week, snagged it for $25 :p
Does anyone have a spare copy of Splinter Cell Double Agent for ps3? I'll be willing to pay 15 dollars for shipping and handling.
Let me know as well. Thanks.

Sorry all they had that wasn't sports games was Stranglehold(360) for 20 bucks, Spiderman 3 (360) for 15 or 20 bucks, and i picked up Geometry Wars(DS) for 15 bucks. they had some ps3 titles but nothing worth buying.

My local BB has a small selection of games on the end of an isle marked at a whopping 10% off retail, which is a joke. That store never offers any great deals like other BB stores seem to do. 10% off Stranglehold retail price of 39.99....lol. I hardly ever go into that store anymore since they suck so bad.

The thing to keep in mind is that some/most of the items in the original post will be discounted within 90 days and that depends on the manager/media specialist's discretion.
If it's the PS3 version I read a few reviews of recently, it's terrible.

That was ungrammatical. I meant "the PS3 version of which a few reviews I had read...of?"

OK: "the reviews of which I had recently read concerning the PS3 version, in particular"

Oh fuck it.
"I read a few reviews that make the game sound terrible."

You're welcome.

Pretty much the same @ Allen Park - 10% off - but 15% off if you apply for their RZ MasterCard (yeah, no).

Dearborn just has the usual bin with assorted GBA/PS2 stuff, and $5 off some PS3/360 games ($10 off if you buy a console on the same receipt).

Waste of my lunch hour.

Okay folks, I edited/updated the original post to make the parts people obviously WERE NOT reading way more obvious. I also updated my profile so you can see I am in Orange County, CA, since I removed that from the post as the game list spiraled out of my local area.
I also never went to the Lake Forest, Irvine, Tustin, or Costa Mesa stores... Some areas have TOO MANY best buys... I know the bay area in norcal is the same.

Only some PC stuff 50% off at my local Best Buy. Some Harry Potter games, Archlord, F.E.A.R. (gold edition), some space RTS...

Noticed they had lots of 360 Conan's and Beowulf's at the regular price in the retail section... not sure how they're going to get rid of them.

Lewisville's usually a joke; Irving is hit or miss - they used to have a $10 rack, but have since taken it down; Flower Mound has a whopping 20% off rack; Frisco has nothing to note; and Denton has a few 50% off items near the registers...but mostly Xbox and PS2 junk. Maybe a couple Stranglehold PS3 and a couple of DOAX2s, but I can't remember for certain.
