Best Buy pulling a Gamestop?

It's not like you're going to be buying games from BB for full price, so comparing the distribution system to other stores doesn't really apply at all to CAGers. If it's a good deal anybody here would be willing to wait 5 minutes. I don't see how theft of games can be THAT high with the games in the big plastic boxes. Not enough to justify the loss of business to casuals who are going to buy stuff wherever it's easiest to buy it.

I recently saw a lady buy a 360 arcade, CoD4 old version, and Halo 3 regular at BB for FULL RETAIL PRICE so it does happen. Even with her kid whining at her I bet she would've gone somewhere else if she had to jump through hoops.

Could they be out of stock of games even if they have the display case out? I mean what are the chances. Because if display cases are out, but they don't have the games, that will certainly make me much less likely to shop there.

No it's only for PS3/360/Wii games. PS2, DS, and PSP games are in the security cases like normal.

I just double checked on Wednesday because I had to get some credit back from a Blu-Ray going on sale for cheaper than I paid and there were no games in the front of the store in any type of case. Haven't complained yet but I'm going to here soon.

:whistle2:#:whistle2:#:whistle2:#Making a capital case out of what is nothing for most shoppers will only end up with you branded and don't be surprised if they don't take EVEN LONGER to get you your shit the NEXT time you go to buy something from them. Either go on your time off, so it's not such a hassle to have to wait longer than 20 milliseconds to get something, or just start shopping elsewhere.

This CAN'T end well.
