Do I have to be a Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] member to qualify?
Yes, in order to qualify for the promotion customers must be a Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] member at the time the pre-order is picked up or shipped.

If I am not a member of the Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked], how do I join?
You can only sign up for Gamer’s Club [Unlocked] in store. If you are signing up the day you pick up an eligible pre-order, the pre-order exchange and [Unlocked] sale must be completed on the same receipt.

Is this offer available for both in-store and BestBuy.com purchases?
Yes! Pre-orders and purchases placed both in-store and on BestBuy.com qualify.

Does it count on all editions of the game?
The offer is applicable on all Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game such as special editions, limited editions, collector’s editions, etc. (subject to availability). PC, Wii, or any other platform of any of the titles does not qualify as a purchase towards this promotion.

Can I purchase multiple of the same title and still qualify for the promotion?
You can only receive one $20 certificate for each individual title, regardless of version or platform.

There are twelve titles on this list. Can I get 12 $20 certificates if I pre-order and purchase all of them?
Yes! With this offer, members are eligible for up to 12,000 Bonus Reward Zone points if they pre-order and purchase all games.

How long does this promotion run?
The promotion will end 7 days after the last game is released.

When will I get my certificates?
Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] members will receive their $20 certificate approximately 30 days from the date of pick up or shipping of each title as it is released.

Will I still receive my regular RZ points for making the purchases?
Yes, customers will still receive everyday points per the Reward Zone program rules.

Am I still eligible for all additional offers that might be available for the new games such as DLCs or free merchandise?
Yes, customers are still eligible for additional offers they may come available with these new releases.

If I return any of the games, will I still be eligible?

Yes. A pre-order and/or purchase with a Best Buy gift card or Reward Zone certificates will count as an eligible purchase toward the $20 bonus certificate offer. The Reward Zone program rules regarding earning points when a gift card or certificate is used still apply.

If I find a lower price on the game will Best Buy price match?
Yes! Best Buy has a price match guarantee which can be found here.

If I receive a price match from an in-store or BestBuy.com purchased game, will I still qualify for the $20 bonus certificate?
Yes. A price match done in-store or on BestBuy.com within policy will not affect your eligibility for the $20 bonus certificate.

I'm guessing the Hardened edition of Black Ops 2 will not work for this promotion? it's not listed on the offer page. Sucks cuz I would definitely preorder from Best Buy if I could get the $20 in RZ certs.

My order doesn't show up yet. According to the BB website the order is still in progress. Anyone know of this issue? I've already picked up my game too

I was told today that all version of any games on the overall list that end up being offered should be included.

My order still says in process but my purchase shows up on the rz site (minus the 1000 points). No idea what's going on.

ANY VERSION OF ANY ELIGIBLE GAME IS A PART OF THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL/COLLECTORS EDITIONS.

You should be good then, because the website handles everything for you. As long as you put your RZ info in, or had it attached to your account, when you ordered, you're good.
 
My order was still in process after I picked it up, but now its order complete. I got the points earned for paying on my debit card, but no mention of $20 promo with points pending. Looks like everybody else is having the same problem so I'll give it a couple more days to show up.
 
Has anyone successfully gotten the 1000 point after paying off the game with only gift cards. I only recently learned that we do not get rz point with purchases made by gift cards? Is that true? And my apology if i asked this in the wrong forum.

You don't get extra reward points, but still get $20 gc. I only paid around 20 for NCAA last time and got it. Expect no different for Madden.

I didn't purchase Madden but are the bonus points supposed to be pending in your account? I was told that it would take 30 days for the points to show up in your account (30 day return policy), so I assumed that the points wouldn't show up until at least 30 days.

Points can be pending before the 30 days. It just won't post on your account till then

You'll see the points pending, but not available till 30 days though mine only took 3 weeks. I'll give it till Friday if no pending get in touch with customer service.
 
preordered madden 13 the sunday before it went on sale. picked it up that tuesday.my activity screen shows nothing about this order.when I manually try to add the receipt to my account it says it's already linked to an account?wtf?

I just saw my pending points for madden, but it doesn't say anything for instore and no mention of the $20 or even the $10 for the instore pick up. I'm assuming that should come later?
 
I picked up my madden on Wednesday. Don't even see it pending. Did not get the $10 pickup either. Have a feeling this will be a huge headache.
 
I know this is probably getting old for this thread,but my 1000 points aren't any where on my reward zone either. It does show the normal 100 points pending from buying the game. They also haven't sent me my $10 for in store pick up. I guess the good thing about this is everyone is having the same problem. I rather that then BB just missing a few people here and there.
 
I don't understand, all of my points have shown pending on myrz.com. Even from purchases I've made in June. I don't really pay attention to my points so that is why I just noticed, but should I call best buy about this because it says I have a total of 145 points and 265 points pending but besides all of my games it says pending on most of my purchases. It also says I've only spent about $145 total when I have definately spent at least $500 this year

I preordered Madden 2013, the day before release, pick it up on release day. I got my $10 credit the next day, and my Madden purchase shows pending points (Regular points, not the bonus 1000)

still dont have my points. i preordered madden a month ago . but i wanted to take advantage of the $10 order online deal .so i purchased madden online the night before it came out . but when i picked it up the next day i couldnt use my (preoder from a month ago so i had to cancel it). i ended up buying the game anyway and i received all the preorder bonuses.(im guessing i preordered it the second time when i ordered it online) but now i dont know if im getting the $20 pre order bonus .

If you purchased it online the night before it came out, it should be considered a pre order, so you should get it. Just gotta wait for the 30 day return period to expire like everyone else. If it's not there within a few days after that, then worry.

The way you phrased it ("bought it anyway" vs. just saying you picked up your online order), kind of sounds like you picked up a second copy. If that was done on the same Reward Zone account, you won't get a second RZ cert.
 
I checked my old email for the $10 pickup promo and i got mine. Weird that expires on 9/30 though. I'm hoping i get my $20 preorder for fifa before then.

Fifa comes out on the 25th, right? You won't get the $20 until 30 days after you pick it up, so, no, you won't get it before then.

I preordered AssCreed 3 last week just so I could get the steel book, is there anyway I can get those $5 back if I'm not planning on getting the game on release date?

Okay, I know it's 1000 RZ points ($20 certificate basically), for one of each title. But, is that per platform? Say I pre-order Borderlands 2 for PS3 and Xbox 360, would I get the points for each copy since they're different platforms and skus?

^That should answer your question. One title per RZ unlocked account, buying one for each platform will still only get you one $20 RZ cert.
