Darn... Just bought Marvel Nemesis for $25 at CC on Sunday (and I kinda LIKE the game) Have to admit I hate all RPG games but DQVII for $25 is mighty tempting. Is it like a FF type game? ('cause I hated that) I've heard nothing but good things about that game... may pick it up.
 
Midnight Club 3, POP Two Thrones, NBA 2006 (I'm guessing Live), and Spartan Total Warrior catch my eye....A lot of good shit there...but I do wonder about those crowds as someone stated eariler...

These should all eventually hit $20 MSRP, right? I would like to play them eventually but have a huge backlog so there's no rush to buy. The only thing I'm worried about is not being able to find Prince of Persia (GC) and Dragon Quest VIII in a year or so.

Lol. Same here. I just toss this big ol' body around, and people usually move around me. Plus, when you are standing around, looking at a game on the shelf, contemplating whether or not you should get it, I'm the guy that darts in front of you and yanks it out of your hesitant grasp. DQ8 shall be mine!
 
If you always know exactly what you want, shopping is usually very painless. Even Black Friday wasn't bad for me.
 
Damn, I shoulda waited on PoP instead of rushing out to multiple CC's trying to find a copy for that price! Oh well, the game is well worth it. GUN is mine this Monday, been waiting for a $30 price range on that game and it finally arrived :)
 
Perfect, PoP for me, really have been wanting to play it since I have heard it is better than WW. Have to ask, is DQ8 so in demand because it is just that good...or will it be hard to find soon.... Just wondering, since it is still $25, and I will probably wait til it drops further.
 
I don't think DQ8 will be hard to find any time. That's like saying it's hard to find Final Fantasy X because it's popular.

I also have the $10 gift card given out at BB a few weeks ago on $75 purchases (Guitar Hero).

So next week I can pick up DQVIII and SSX On Tour for a mesely $35 and tax. Horrah! Horrah! Add $20 Prince Persia to the list and three top notch new games for the price of one.
 
psh, day after christmas shopping is but a hair on the ass of black friday. this'll be cake compared to that horrific day.
 
are these price drops or just sale prices? when i price matched BB online for guitar hero at a B&M store they were like "no you cant use this coupon because we price matched BB online and that makes it a sale price not regular price" [the coupon says "markdown taken from regular prices"] that could have been because I was being greedy that they read the fine print. but looking at the coupon again, that phrase can be edited out just like the "no copies" phrase.
