Ok.
So, in the beginning of the month I bought a Xbox 360 Arcade from BB. My original 360 red ringed on me and MS customer service told me all they wanted was my 360. So I figure, by the time my original 360 got back to me, it wouldn't be more than 31 days return policy, hence I return the Arcade from BB and get my money back.
So just yesterday I went to BB and gift receipt in hand. Stood in line and was helped by a fat lady with pimple puss all over. Anyway, I told her that I had the Arcade as a gift and I don't want it. She checks the box out and says "everything looks good, do you have the receipt?" I then replied "I only got the gift receipt" Then she says that according to BB's policy I'll only have a gift card back. Then she says that if I have the original receipt I can have cash back. So I later asked if I could come back the next day with the original receipt and she said yes.
Original 360 came and time to return the arcade...
This is when I get pissed...
Today I went to the same BB and this time got help from a girl that seemed like she knew everything, but in reality she doesn't. First off, I told her I wanted to return the arcade. She checked out the box as if she were trying to find something wrong with it. She then finally goes "where's the headset?"... "am I blind or there isnt' a headset here?" She then calls a guy from the video game department. At this point I feel disrespected, not only is she assuming that somethings missing, but shes blaming me for the headset being missing. So then I say, "it says on the box headset sold seperatly." After all that nonsense she asks for my receipt, I gave it to her expecting for cash in return. Instead she said that I could only have a gift card. By this point I was outraged!!! I then raised my voice and said "there was a lady here yesterday that said I could have cash back if I had my original receipt!!" Then she changes her mind and says "oh!?, anything over $250 we would have to mail you a check" Then as if it was coordinated, puss face appears and says she would help me out. I then ask her if she remembers saying I would have cash back. And she said yes, looks at that girl that was helping me in the first place and says "oh no, we don't give cash back for anything over $250" I smiled at puss face and the other girl and left
Sorry for the vent, this is the first time I've dealt with this kind of rude uncalled for attitude.
The headset girl got pwnd!!!! that's what my girlfriend said after we both left the store...
