Personal Trainer had the best handwriting recognition system, as well as a respectable voice command system. I'd put this title on top if it had more recipes.

What a damn good year for the DS. This was a damn tough list for me to wittle down to.

No love for Lock's Quest? I haven't played many games on the DS this year, but here's my list:

1) Dragon Quest IV
2) Lock's Quest
3) Final Fantasy IV

Oh, and I wouldn't argue with the inclusion of Professor Layton in any "Best Of" list. In fact, it might bump FF IV off my list - it would be close.

Note that I haven't played TWEWY or Chrono Trigger, though I bought both when they came out...

Hated TWEWY, too frantic, too hard to control everything at once and the story got boring after awhile for me.

Thanks for voting everyone! I think there are so many RPGs on the list cause of pent-up demand for the genre after years of games like Magical Starsign.
