Best Online Customer Service 2008

I didn't really use any of the customer service from either site this year, but newegg and amazon have always treated me well in the past.

I changed my nomination to Gamefly because I am unhappy that Amazon did away with their price matching policy. Bad for consumers (but they do really have excellent customer service).
 
if we're talking retailer: amazon, if we're talking video game company, then the people of rockband were very good when i got a bunk drum set in my new pacakge.

IMO better customer service by leaps and bounds. While Amazon is probably bigger, and addresses more service issues by shear numbers, I bet Newegg has a higher percentage of satisfied customers.
 
I had to send one thing back this year and amazon totally rocked. Didnt cost me anything to ship it back and I got a new one. They rock! I vote Amazon.com!!
