For me it was best buy. When I didn't get the $20 back from pre-orders I just called and they fixed it and gave me some extra RZ points for the trouble.
 
Best Buy had more sales on games than anyone this last year.Also they gave more pre-order credits than Amazon.There trade in was the best this year also.
This is coming from someone who before this year bought like one game a year at Best Buy.
 
This was a tough call for me, but I voted Newegg because I had a couple small issues and they treated me like their most valuable customer.
 
Bestbuy hands down. Had a problem online - the online rep set up an appointment to correct something at a local store. Bam. Got my money back.
 
In all honesty, this award should just automatically be given to Amazon every year. There really is no point in even voting. Amazon's customer service is the best in the business. Nobody else even comes close.
