I was impressed when overstock.com actually honored so many $20 games. I forgot what the actual deal was, but I did pick up Super Princess Peach for 20 bucks.

Managed to get a "free" Cooking Mama and a $20 Lego Star Wars II from that, not too shabby.
I'll second that since I didn't buy much else online last year.
ShopTNA.com for the awesome deals and for answering my e-mails real fast whenever I had a question. Yeah their shipping was a bit slow at times but with the deals they had I won't complain much.
I only had to deal with a few on-line Customer Service Depts. this past year....Best Buy.com, J&R Music.com, GoGamer.com and Newegg.com.....GoGamer.com and Newegg.com were the best.....Best Buy and J&R can kiss my ass!
DDD's CS sucks ass... I've dealt with them twice, and both times they've screwed up my order and their CS has been slow (though they did fix it after about a month).
Newegg.com's customer service is pretty good. They're really the only online retailer who's customer service I had to deal with, as I usually don't have problems while shopping online.
New Egg by far, I killed my Amazon account over that whole $100 360 BS. I actually got one, but they charged me $300 instead. Then I spent 2 hours on the phone, and they told me they wouldnt budge.
NewEgg for the win! I buy computer parts from them frequently and games occaisonally but anytime I have a problem with something (very rare) they are more than happy to replace it. Very friendly and prompt customer service in my experience.
Amazon for me as well. After my launch Wii wasn't deleivered anywhere closed to next day (thank you DHell) they happily refunded my shipping. That and they let me get a 360 for $100 off
