Best racing game on xbox

i got forza on the way, so i'll be trying that one out soon. mvp 2006 has been keeping me busy lately...not a bad $20 game.
 
toca looks interesting...never played a toca game before, but judging from the gamespot review, there is lots of variety in the racing and lots of differnet "styles"...might pick it up when it drops in price :)
