[quote name='8bitArtist']if youre going to actively go for the collectible trophies, you must follow powerpyx's video. if you dont want to do that, then you really have no one to blame but yourself. im missing 1 voxophone right now, but i know its in chap 26.

I should blame myself for not wanting to use videos/guide and potentially ruin the story/game? Since when is it mandatory to use guides to play a game? Some of these Voxophones definitely explain crucial parts of the story and the videos explain the history of Columbia. Missing them is a detriment to the game.
Nearly every game these days has collectables and gives you an easy to use way to track them. In this game, the only know to know how many Voxophones you have is to literally track manually from the menus. With Sighterseers, you can't even do that.
I'm not saying I don't use guides, but I only use them when I absolutely need to... not because a game doesn't let me see my stats. So far, I've had to beat a chapter, then go and look up what I've missed. I've had to replay three chapters but luckily, none of them took long.
But I digress.
I think I'm 2/3s of the way in... and the game definitely got weirder, but it finally feels like the game is establishing its own identity rather than follow the original.
